Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Upper Harbour Bridge which connects Hobsonvile to the North Shore, including Greenhithe and Albany.

Peaceful and sunny aspect. High quality fixtures and furniture and very cosy. Double glazing along with heat pump for those colder months. Award winning Black Cottage Cafe is a five minute journey for brunch and the popular Hallertau Restaurant for craft beers and gourmet dinners that is great for large gatherings.

One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.
