We had a great holiday, Peter Mills was close to everything in Launceston. The apartment had everything we needed. Only some slight suggestions on improving, the lounge and dining table are very dated and uncomfortable, so they could be changed.

Me and my parents had a lovely day at their place. The place was so comfortable and spacious. The amount of amenities was in. There was remarkably well. Lots of things to play. Xbox as well as kitchen appliances in bathroom amenities were sufficient for a couple of days or a few nights stay. Place was very cozy and super I’d love to come and stay again whenever we are back in town thank you for your hospitality

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment. It is very clean and comfortable, and there are so many thoughtful touches throughout. Fantastic value for money - I will definitely be back!

Our best stay yet in Launceston. Walking and swimming at the beautiful First Basin Reserve at the bottom of the street. Off street parking a little tricky so it is best to practice your backwards driving in preparation. The decor is highly personalized and would not suit a minimalist.

Judy's place was just what I needed after 11 days on the motorcycle touring around Tassie. Place was well set up with all the amenities required for my 3 night stay. Everything from comfy beds with warm blankets to full laundry. This place had it all. Thank you Judy

A wonderful visit - the decor was intriguing, and fun! We highly recommend staying at least two nights to investigate it all! The beds were super warm, with electric blankets for crisp autumn nights. We had wonderful time playing with the massage chair, the spa and the delightful models on the verandah to sip our aperitifs with! The gourmet breakfasts really hit the spot, and the genial hosts made the whole stay a delight. Wished we had an extra day to explore the garden .... and we're glad that we have family here as a good excuse to come back soon...

Katie was an absolute gem with such a gorgeous home. My family of 4 instantly felt at home from when we walked in and found that it was clean and spacious, which was just what we needed after landing in Launceston. Katie was very responsive and the place had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Launceston!

What a beautiful, peaceful setting. Decore and facilities were perfect. Loved the personal touches and quality of the linen. Having the use of pushbikes was wonderful as we could ride to Latrobe alongside the river. A short 5 minute drive to Devonport and shops.

We loved our stay at the townhouse. The rooms were very comfortable and the bedding was lovely and warm. The sitting room was the perfect place to sit and chat. The location was great and easy to walk around the local sights and restaurants. We had some issues with the house not being completely cleaned (rubbish on the floor and some floors obviously not vacuumed) Dianne was responsive and helpful. I understand there can be issues with contract cleaners, so hopefully this can be resolved in the future.

Really glad to have come across Sangeeth's apartment. Everything about the house was great. Outside area was large enough for 2 cars. Inside the house, every thing was clean and cozy. Really love the carpeted flooring at the rooms. felt so comfy. In additional are the nice thoughts of the complimentary staple food for breakfast provided. It was a waste that Launceston was only a drive by this time round where we only had a night here. But for those who have more time here with a group of people. You will love this place. Oh yeah, forgot to mention it's like only 5 mins drive to town and also the scenery from the balcony. Thank you so much Sangeeth.😊

We are now ‘regulars’ at this Air BnB, we travel to Low Head to visit family, and we time our visits around the availability of this beachfront home. Kelly’s place is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen is well appointed with everything that you would need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are very clean, the overall space in the house is used very well. The view is amazing, the home has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the location is within easy access of walks, historical sites, and a lovely cafe at the Pilot Station. Our dog loves the large, tidy yard, and he likes the views too! We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this gem, and while family may not be locals for much longer, we would like to continue our visits just to stay at Kelly’s Beachside Home.

Stephanie was such a lovely, welcome host. We were fortunate to have been greeted by her personally when we arrived and she made us feel right at home. The setting for this accommodation is so delightful, completely charming. If you enjoy character and charm of old buildings, you will love it here! It's set amongst a lovely garden and right opposite the stunning and historic Village Green. Westbury is such a quaint little town, there's a great coffee and wine spot a short walk away (Love Lucy Boots) and we enjoyed a meal from the Thai food van by the Village Green on the Friday night. The house itself was very comfortable (once we lit the fire!) Plenty of space, a very large and well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with great linen were some of the highlights. We did think the kitchen could so with a deep clean, in the drawers etc. But everything else was just fine and we really enjoyed the space. We would happily return when in Westbury again, it was great value for money!

My wife and I have made this great home our go to place when we come to Launceston. After repeat visits we know that everything will be beautifully set up, clean, peaceful and conveniently situated to the City. Maryann is a great host.

The home was spotless, full of charm, and perfectly suited to our large group. With plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, it made our time together feel easy and enjoyable. The location was a real highlight—just a short drive to the city and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants. One night we strolled up the road to the Newstead Hotel and enjoyed a great pub meal—such a bonus to have that so close by. One of our favourite moments was sitting in front of the fire in the evenings, sharing a few glasses of Tassie red wine and enjoying the cosy atmosphere—it really added something special to our stay. This house is a real gem, with its blend of character and comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located home away from home.
