First time staying in one of Tim and Judy's properties. The Bothy is exactly what we wanted. Rustic, cozy, imagine Hagrids shack (Harry Potter) and you wouldn't be far off. Nice, large wood burning stove, shower was great especially after a long walk. Some board games to choose from, we played Scrabble. We were greeted by their 2 lovely dogs Millie and Fergus whenever they were about. The chickens roam free and Jethro the goose is on guard. It is cut off from civilization with no phone signal or people for miles. Great scenery as soon as you open the door of the bothy onto Munro's and fields. We loved it. Tim was always about if needed. Very friendly, welcoming and you can tell he loves doing what he does. Had a lovely few days away for my birthday.

A beautiful rustic retreat. Such a beautiful peaceful place to be. Alex is a wonderful man to have met. We loved every moment of our stay. Will definitely be back.

Perfect place for two nights of peace. Loved the view, pod and fireplace and everything just as described. Great walking up the glen and village close enough to ride to the pub!

Gillies Rest is a great stay and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a hike in the nearby area. Place is exactly as advertised, please make sure you check what is available and what are the limitations. Place was extremely clean, the beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Overall - it was great and hopefully we'll return someday.

Ardlogie Bothy was perfect for our short stay. It was warm and welcoming and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. The Bothy is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts had provided plenty of local information. It was very peaceful - you wouldn't know you were so close to the town centre and train station. Off-street parking was useful.

Braemar Cabins are definitely worth considering if you are looking for a cozy home away from home in that area. Their location is central to town, and has off street parking with easy access to the cabins. The cabin was clean, warm and spacious - everything I wanted for my nights stay.

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!

Absolutely a great spot! Such a cute town with amazing shops! Did two separate day trips from this location! So close to Loch Ness too! Great host, very responsive and gave great recs for our trip! A must stay!

Amy and Angus were fantastic hosts. The cabin was lovely very remote and quiet. Excellent stay with my old dog just what we needed.

Caroline and Ivan have created a very beautiful Bothy. It has great design, amenities and a relaxing setting. It was easy to communicate with the hosts and they were very accommodating setting up the hot tub. I would highly recommend!

Place was exactly as posted. Very very clean, everything in the place was for a good use, shower nice and hot, bed and pillows soft and comfy. Great for two people, even better for one. Stewart met us as we arrived. Very nice and explained the pod to us. I would stay again, if I am back in the area.

Great cabin to stop on for the NC500 driving route. Peaceful and had all you need for a stop over! Beautiful garden by the river and a really friendly, helpful host.

We would have loved to stay longer! The Pod is spotlessly clean, charming, cozy and really has all you need. Ruth is the most thoughtful host and had a basket with everything we could have wished for for breakfast waiting for us. Be aware that there are no shops close by. The scenery is breathtaking and the many birds are usually all you hear (that includes the hens and rooster we had the priviledge to meet in person - along with the other animals on the property). We had a wonderful time and will be back. Thank you so much, Ruth.

We had a lovely stay here and would happily stay again. Beautiful surroundings, we even saw red squirrels and deer from the balcony! This place was exactly as described, and hosts were super helpful- would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stag Hut. It’s absolutely beautiful in a lovely peaceful setting. Annette has thought of every little last detail in the shepherd hut, we wanted for nothing and had a very comfortable stay. Our dog loved it too with the lovely little walk down to the river, all mown to make it easy to follow and walk through. We would definitely visit again, Thankyou Annette.

Really enjoyed my short stay here. Host was more than attentive to our needs. I would 100% stay again. The views were unmatched, beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what was needed. Very close to all the activities we wanted to do in the area as well so it was a perfect stay. I wasn’t a massive fan of the electric cooker but I have gas at home and am used to that so probably just me not fault of the host or the property. All in all 5 star 10/10.

Alastair’s place was so cute! We loved the pod, the location, the view, and all the amenities included. Thank you for the little breakfast, it was greatly appreciated! We arrived quite late but it was an easy check in, easy to find, and was very homey! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful caravan, with everything we needed. Beautfiul scenery looking out over a field with cows and calves in. Location was ideal for our family to explore the area. The kids climbed their first munro, they loved the local pump track and woods and had an amazing day at Landmark!

We loved our stay at the Owl House, and so did our border collie! The place has everything you could possibly need for a stay with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely powerful shower! The hosts made us feel very welcome and gave lots of good recommendations. The surroundings are wonderful, very peaceful and quiet, with lots of lovely walks nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Logement charmant, et qui se se trouve dans un endroit calme. Correspond parfaitement a l’annonce. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Paul, qui est d’ailleurs un hôte disponible et très actif. Le petit panier d’accueil avec des œufs frais à été très apprécié. Je n’hésiterai pas à repasser par le logement de Paul lors d’un prochain séjour.

Lovely wee cabin, local wildlife outside the window, everything walkable, good handbook with recommendations and menus of resturaunts and takeaways, smart TV easy to work, overall great experience felt like your own wee corner of pitlochry while still being a stones throw away from shops, pubs and resturaunts.
