I had a wonderful stay at Ornum Cottage, a charming bed and breakfast near Beauly and close to Inverness. The peaceful and scenic surroundings made it a perfect retreat, and the location was ideal for exploring both the countryside and the city. The cottage was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with a delicious breakfast that added a special touch to the stay. The hosts were attentive and provided helpful information, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Ornum Cottage for anyone looking for a tranquil escape with easy access to Inverness.

Really enjoyed staying at the church and experiencing the countryside. The gardens around the building are phenomenal and super lovely to walk through. Would recommend the place just for the gardens. The room itself is very comfy, clean, and homey. Also, it was great for our needs. Our toddler slept in the second bed in the room. The check-in process was a little cumbersome but Kris was lovely, gave lots of good recommendations, and was friendly whenever we saw him.

We had an amazing time at Sarah & Alastair’s lovely B&B. Sarah was super helpful and attentive upon checking in. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The entire house has a welcoming and cozy ambiance, which makes you feel right at home! There’s a wide selection of breakfast options to choose from, which are hearty and delectable. Should we come back to this region, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay, few minutes from Nairn station / Town Centre Just right for (my) needs of the w/e. Hosts were extremely helpful and accomodating - would recommend.

We were on the fence about booking a room in someone's home as we've never done it before...but we couldn't have been happier that we did! We enjoyed our stay, the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was great and Jamie was so helpful at helping us plan! If we were to come back in the future we wouldnt hesitate to stay again!

Wir haben uns bei Jane und John auf ihrer Farm sehr wohl gefühlt! Jane war super freundlich und sympathisch! Die Farm liegt auf einem idyllischen Hügel mit viel Natur rundherum, nicht weit von Aberfeldy, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Wir würden auch wieder zu Besuch kommen! :)

Tout était parfait ! Derek est un hôte adorable, souriant et chaleureux Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre et bien situé La chambre est propre, le lit confortable et les coussins aussi La kitchenette est suffisante (sans plaque de cuisson) Le petit plus : le petit déjeuner succulent ! Je recommande les yeux fermés, avec eux vous allez passer un séjour absolument magnifique

Chris and Meg were the best hosts! We had such a wonderful night stay in their home. We wished so much we could stay longer, and if we're ever back in the area again we are definitely going to try to tay with them! They were extremely welcoming and lovely to chat to. The bathroom and bedroom were both squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy, and the home was in a very quiet area. You could tell a lot of thought and care went into everything. The bed was so comfortable! I think we had our best night's sleep there of our whole trip, and definitely the best breakfast too. Chris and Meg served us a delicious breakfast the next morning before we left! We would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely perfect one night stay. Everything was sparkling clean and I felt so comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious; the breakfast room overlooks the yard and is a very tranquil spot.

Le séjour auprès d’Eléonore et de Grant a été un vrai cadeau! Leur maison est juste magnifique, d’un grand confort, un intérieur d’une grande propreté, une décoration très soigné et on s’y sens pleinement accueilli. La nature est très présente, ce qui est pleinement ressourçant. En quelques minutes, vous êtes à Inverness. Le lieu est idéal pour découvrir également black isle, les Fairy Glen, les clanvas, culloden battefiel (lieu de recueil)…Eleonore est adorable et elle a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur tous nos déplacements et lieux à visiter. Un vrai bonheur! Le petit déjeuner est fait de surprises (je vous invite à les découvrir lors de votre visite 😉), il est très copieux! Eleonore nous a fait découvrir des petites traditions culinaires chaque matin ! Nous aurons plaisir à revenir en leur demeure et surtout, nous aurons plaisir à les revoir! We loved our stay at Jodie and Martin's place! Thanks to the clear instructions provided we got there without any issues but it might be trickier in the dark! Jodie's friendly welcome was great and she walked us through the room amenities. We were only staying for one night but the room was cosy, the kitchenette was very helpful for breakfast. We had a really comfortable and peaceful night's sleep and would return quite happily :)

Had a fantastic stay at Gerry and Karen’s, so comfortable, clean and in a perfect location with parking. Gerry and Karen were amazing hosts, so friendly and welcoming and their breakfast was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

Only one night but enjoyed this flat and A’s hospitality in the beautiful Pitlochry. Lovely large comfortable room with beautiful views over the church and surrounds. Easy walk to town. Everything as listed. Thanks A!

Susan and Derry are legends! If we could give them and their beautiful mountain view home 10 stars, we would! Their warmth and grace went above and beyond even the best Scottish hospitality, which says a lot. The homemade Scottish breakfasts were to die for. The room and the bed especially were so comfortable and truly every detail was considered in making our stay perfect. We cant wait to visit again!

Gunta is a great host, her bnb is a beautiful and cozy house surrounded by nature, set in an area from which is possible to visit many things. The rooms are fully furnished and the bathrooms are very clean. Defintely worth it !

Maria & Frank’s place was absolutely lovely - peaceful, cozy and centrally located. Bed was comfortable & they had provided lots of breakfast options/other special touches to make you feel right at home. One of the true highlights of this accommodation are Maria & Frank themselves - such warm and lovely people, who are happy to recommend lots of nearby walks/restaurants. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall we loved Pitlochry and this accommodation and will definitely stay here when we return 😊

Stayed only one day but felt very welcomed... The food was amazing and very well presented! Room is up to hotel standards and bathroom very clean. The host is very kind and provides great insight about the area, we arrived a little late but the check-in was very easygoing. They also have their own self-made honey products. It's also close by Inverness if you want to visit that. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful rest and friendly hospitality!

We had a great stay with Chris! The location was ideal…only a ~7min walk to the bridge and access to restaurants and other city offerings. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with yummy snacks (& even a little whiskey!). Chris definitely knows how to make a delicious made-to-order breakfast! I appreciated his communication l, not just during our stay but even before our arrival, making some great suggestions of places to see along our drive to Inverness. Chris is a wonderful host…we enjoyed chatting with him each day!

Excellent B&B! We stayed in the Balmoral room, which was very spacious, had a charming patio overlooking gorgeous pastures and mountains. The bathroom was also large and lovely! Very comfortable bedding and access to good wifi, TV, and tea cart when winding down at night. The breakfast was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the eggs benedict, the home cooking and baking was superb. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations for local diners and activities.
