Relax in our lovely cosy 3 bed home in leafy Forest Hill, with large wrap-around garden, and 370Mbps WiFi. Opposite a stunning old church. Designed by architect Ted Christmas with high bay windows (double glazed) to let in all the light. 5 mins walk from Forest Hill station, direct links to central London, 18 mins to London Bridge. It even has a home-made garden shed infrared sauna conversion! Pls note the outdoor work space is quite cluttered, but enough space for one person to work quietly.

Farm stay with hot tub/ sauna and wild swimming

Tolley Lodge, an idyllic place to stay, located on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from our spring fed lake. Own private garden, wood-fired hot tub and uninterrupted views of open pasture and the South Downs. There's plenty of logs for your own private hot tub and firepit (gas bbq supplied as well). You can also hire our WOOD-FIRED SAUNA; a perfect addition with a wild swim in our spring fed lake. Private sessions from £30 can be booked during your stay. Dogs are welcome on leads.

Step outside to our charming outdoor seating area, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine under the moonlight. This retreat is ideal for a couple seeking a romantic escape.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Modern 3 bedroom secondary building on a family home in one of the prettiest villages in The Weald of Kent. Bring a few of you or the whole family. There’s lots of room for fun, with mature gardens, an outside cabin to stay in, an outside reading room, bbq area and a sauna to try. There's plenty to do in this part of Kent. Many famous castles, stately homes, vineyards and stunning gardens all within an easy driving distance, making The Lodge an ideal spot for breaks throughout the year.
