Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement qui est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Spacieux, bien équipés et surtout tres propre, vous allez passés un excellent séjour sans problème. Supérette, restaurant, parc de jeux pour enfant, piscine l'été et surtout une place de parking. le logement est à proximité du centre ville en voiture et pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculé, il a des bus qui passe juste en dessous du logement. Merci également à la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui a été très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arriver.

A fantastic apartment in a great location. It was spotlessly clean, all the linen was of a good quality. The kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony overlooking the pool - great for wine and cheese in the evening! The pool was amazing, quiet, plenty of beds, and a bar if you wanted a drink, It was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Sad to leave but we will return!

Great place for a short stay. Right next to the Alcazar and the Cathedral. Multiple options for great food and wonderful lively location to walk around.

Csodás, otthonos, világos apartman, ami jól felszerelt akár egy (vagy több) hónapos tartózkodásra is. Az internetkapcsolat megbízható és gyors, így távoli munkavégzésre is abszolút alkalmas a hely! A gyönyörű, finom homokos alturai óceánpart 4 perc alatt elérhető, a környéken pedig lehet válogatni a jó éttermek, kávézók, cukrászdák kínálatából. A lakáshoz tartozik egy privát parkoló, annyi kényelmetlenséggel, hogy a padka meglepően magas, azaz nagyon óvatosan kell parkolni. Algarve régió és Portugália déli része 1-1,5 órán belül beautózható. Joao segítőkész volt, pontos információkkal szolgált a szállásról. 1 hónapot töltöttünk itt, 2 hét után takarítók érkeztek. :) Talán annyi, hogy szóljanak előre, hogy mikor érkeznek, picit meglepett minket, amikor megjelentek hárman is, de ez semmiség. :)

Encantada con el trato de Virginia y de su apartamento tan acogedor. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar los cuatro días por ese rinconcito del sur, a demás de estar súper céntrico 😊

El alojamiento cumple totalmente con las espectativas. Es súper cómodo y bonito. Muy bien decorado, los muebeles son de primera calidad, modernos. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Cada vez que vayamos a Sevilla lo tendremos muy en cuenta ya que por ubicación y prestaciones es perfecto. Aparte, Isabel es una anfitriona muy amable, educada y atenta. Fue muy fácil comunicarse con ella.

Olga’s flat turned out to be exactly as described and exactly as we had hoped. It is just inside the gateway into the Convento, which seems to have a lot of other holiday flats in it. The building is beautiful, the (unheated) pool is beautiful and a very cool place to hang out on a few sunloungers or the grass. Olga provided bath towels on request at no extra cost. The apartment hosted us as a family of 5 very well. At times a little damp, but it was very clean and well equipped. Check in time was flexible (Olga allowed us to arrive early at 2pm) and check out was easy as we left the keys in the flat. The location is a walk of less than 10 mins to the centre of Tavira, it is just round the corner from the fresh indoor market, 5 mins walk from a small grocery shop and on the doorstep for the salt flats and walk/road out to Caia Quatro Aguas. We ate (& drank) well at The Black Anchor Irish pub (try the onion rings), O Noel (try the clams) and Mira (great tapas). We hope to return!

Reservamos,a última hora,y fue súper rápido,servicial y amable,dándonos flexibilidad,con la hora de salida. El apartamento,genial, muy cerca de la zona de copas y de todo lo que,hay que ver,en Sanlúcar. Totalmente aconsejable,fuimos en familia y mis hijos y mi mujer encantados. Si volvemos,a esta zona,volveremos al apartamento. Reseñable,garaje a 15 m del apartamento. Todas las comodidades,de una casa. Tranquilo,silencioso, increíble en pocas palabras. We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Casa cómoda y tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de Sevilla.

Un angolo di paradiso ad una trentina di minuti di auto da Siviglia. Silenzio assoluto, si sente solo il suono delle foglie al vento intervallato dal canto degli uccelli. Splendida piscina a jacuzzi per rilassarsi in mezzo al verde. Colazioni e cene indimenticabili con vista sulla vallata. Bellissima la cucina con isola, fornita di tutto il necessario. Iper gentile la host, risponde sempre positivamente in pochi secondi (non è un'iperbole)

La casa es muy grande y cómoda para 2 familias con niños. Tuvimos problemas con la nevera y el agua caliente pero Antonio muy pendiente de nosotros. La verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto y cómodos, la terraza de arriba es un gustazo.

La casa de María, Aníbal y Duarte era excelente. Estancias amplias y bien decoradas, un patio muy agradable y un barrio muy tranquilo. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario y más, prácticamente estaba cubierto todo lo que pudieras necesitar. La limpieza era perfecta. WiFi funcional y de buena velocidad. No conocimos los restaurantes y bares recomendados de los alrededores pues como veníamos con coches nos movimos mucho por la zona. Fueron muy amables con flexibilizar las horas de entrada y salida atendiendo a las posibilides con las reservas que tenían. No nos queda más que agradecerles el que hayan estado todo el tiempo pendientes, por sus rápidas repuestas y por todas las comodidades que nos ofrecieron en estas cortas vacaciones con nuestros hijos. Ojalá pudiéramos regresar en otra ocasión.

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

We were delighted to discover this apartment located in the middle of everything! Walking distance to The Real Alcazar, Plaza Espana, Triana, as well as to the very authentic north side. Restaurants, bars, tapas are steps away, yet the apartment is amazingly quiet and private. Perfect getaway for 2!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Tavira. Pleasant living room, fully equiped cooking area (dish washer, washing machine, microwave, lots of cups, plates and cutlery), nice bedroom with comfortable bed. The balcony is south facing so gets morning sun for breakfast and evening sun for dinner. It is about 2 km fromTavira centre so is easily walkable. The apartment is very conveniently located - about 30 minutes drive from Faro airport and there are a number of attractions within 30 minutes drive.

We’ve been traveling through Europe for three weeks, and this was hands-down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in — not just in Spain, but across the whole trip. The location is perfect — right between old and new Seville, so it’s easy to explore both sides of the city. The space itself is beautiful: a historic building that’s been tastefully updated to feel modern, clean, and super comfortable. Great AC, strong Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, and a spacious living area with comfy couches. Our host was fantastic — great communication, super responsive and even met us for a smooth check-in despite our late arrival. He also gave us some solid local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. The only small hiccup was that the washing machine wasn’t working during our visit, but the host was upfront about it and already had the part on the way — very apologetic and transparent, which we appreciated. Overall, an amazing stay. Would absolutely love to come back!

A few minutes walking to city center, private and shaded car parking and great serene vibe in the common garden and pool makes this place a gem if a find, definitely be back for more in the future.
