The bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 floor mattress. (floor mattress for booking as 3 guests. If there are only two guests but wish to use a floor mattress, there is an additional fee.) There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet, 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. Guests can access to room's floor by taping with key card every time before pressing floor button. - 5 mins walk to the famous Night Bazaar, - 20 mins walk to Old city, Tha Pae Gate and Sunday Walking Street. - 15 mins drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. Guests can exercise at the gym, enjoy infinity pool ,sauna and rooftop garden on floor 16. You can also reserve spa at lobby and dinner-server of Shangri-la hotel. This condominium is in the heart of Chiang Mai, just a short stroll to the Night Bazaar, with seemingly endless market stalls, and the Old City, where there are countless temples, shops, and places to eat. The most common form of public transport is the red bus ( "Si-Lor Daeng" ) or local taxi ("Tuk-Tuk ") and they are easy to flag down. Just wave and let them know where you would like to go. You can also call “Grab” which is a brand new service in Chiang Mai. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The extra charge 700 baht per time is required, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you. Security deposit will not claimed unless guest did something damages, missing or break the house rules. It is administered by Airbnb,not paid up front.

The house has 2 en suite bedrooms plus a reception/kitchen in a brand new open plan pavilion. The house and pavilion are linked under one roof and an integrated wooden deck. A walkway leads to the swimming pool. Accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child -Bedroom 1 is reached up a short flight of covered steps and has a queen size bed and seating Suitable for a couple with a small child or a couple. Facilities include TV, minibar plus coffee and tea-making. - Bedroom 2 has its own entrance directly onto covered decking area, and features one double-bed plus a loft platform that fits a single mattress. Similar sleeping permutations and facilities to Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have bathrooms lined with hand made local tiles, while furnishings include new beds/mattresses, solid wooden furniture and decorations including owner’s antique and contemporary art. The pavilion is a high-ceilinged reception room-cum-kitchen, with a generous and well - appointed seating area and double-width sliding doors giving straight onto a substantial covered hardwood deck ( 20sq m) that features a solid wood outdoor dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and has a built-in breakfast counter. The pool is connected by a short raised walkway to the deck and has its own surround with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool and faced It uses the latest salt filtration technology. Swimming pool, partly covered and outdoor decking area plus landscaped garden. The house is in the same compound as the owner’s family home but set apart and entirely private. Guests can walk over if they should need anything (or simply contact us via the usual social media apps). The property is secluded but secure. The property sits down a quiet tree-lined lane that ends at the Ping river, on the edge of a village surrounded by rice fields. Life here still revolves around the agricultural seasons, and it was this accessible ‘slow life’ that attracted the owner. We recommend guests consider car hire if they intend to do a lot of sightseeing (as places of interest can be quite spread out). Equally there are plentiful options if you prefer to hire a car plus driver (on a daily rate), or for single trips local taxis (GRAB) are easy to get. We provide bicycles free of charge for those who want to explore the back lanes; motorcycles are also available by arrangement. Breakfast is optional Home cooked dinner is available Please note! The property is about 20-30 minutes from the city (depending on time of day and exact destination), but its rural situation makes it most suitable for those looking to enjoy the unhurried pace of local life, whether as a base for sightseeing or taking it easy by the pool. IWhile there are good local dining options within a short drive - and there is a very good ‘GRAB’ (Uber equivalent ride-hailing app service) - there are no real amenities within walking distance, and zero nightlife!
