Very nice and comfortable apartment. The location is very good, close to the city's main shops and restaurants.

I had some remodeling work in my home that consisted in completely moving out for 9 days and the apt was so close to my house and kids school that my stay there was much more easier than I thought. Such a beautiful apt.

El lugar está en excelentes condiciones en una zona muy tranquila y muy cercana a todos los lugares. La casa impecable con muebles muy cómodos y Armando estuvo siempre al pendiente. Sin dudarlo me volvería a quedar ahí, recomendado 100%. La zona segura, super tranquila, con estacionamiento cómodo. No tuvimos ningún problema de luz, agua o de cualquier otro tipo.

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en este departamento. Superó nuestras expectativas. El lugar no solo es amplio y luminoso, sino que también es mucho más lindo que en las fotos! La limpieza es impecable, el mobiliario de excelente calidad y todo está perfectamente equipado: cocina completa, artículos de limpieza, electrodomésticos modernos, aire acondicionado eficiente, ropa de cama y toallas de muy buena calidad. Realmente tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa, incluso para estancias prolongadas. La ubicación también es un gran punto a favor, segura y con acceso rápido a todo lo necesario. Renatto es atento, amable y disponible en todo momento. Sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que me he hospedado. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Nos hospedamos en este alojamiento y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Fue muy accesible con los horarios de llegada y se mantuvo bien comunicado. A 15 minutos caminando se encuentran varios establecimientos y Plaza Real, todo excelente.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The pictures on AirBnB of the grounds and lake looked too good to be true. It was even better than that! It's your own personal wildlife refuge. I came to south Texas for all of the famous birding national refuges, state parks, etc. (which really were amazing!) Yet, I found myself wanting to get back early each night to The Birdhouse on the Rio just to see what I could find. An amazing cast of characters live there and many other guest stars come for a visit! Even if you're not a birder and just enjoy nature, there are more peaceful places to sit outside at The Birdhouse than the inside of most homes. If that's not enough, the house is just about perfect and the owners are so welcoming and thoughtful. That was the best rental at which I've stayed. A huge thank you to the owners for doing their part in providing a natural habitat for all of our feathered and furry friends... and sharing it with us.

Amazing stay! instructions on how to arrive were clear. communication was great! very fresh clean place. Ended up extending my stay for another night home was beautiful had everything you needed. neighborhood was nothing but peace & quiet. Definitely will book again 😊

This condo was a great place to stay. Extremely cozy and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be a king size bed instead of the queen. We were very pleased with having a washer and dryer in the unit. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

La casa está súper agusto, muy amplia y muy cómoda, súper limpia y muy bonita, cerca de todas las tiendas y en una zona muy segura y tranquila. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Excelente ubicación, el departamento tal cual las fotografías, con todas las amenidades, bien limpio y organizado, el anfitrión muy atento y al pendiente, con sus instrucciones muy claras. Muy recomendable.

Estuvimos muy agusto en la estancia... solo como sugerencia, para usar el area de asadores deberia haber una mejor coordinacion dentro del condominio,
