We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere und angenehme Unterkunft. Wir waren für einen Städtetrip dort. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Sie hat alles was man braucht. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder :-)

Waar moet ik beginnen?! Frederica is een klasse apart; super vriendelijk, behulpzaam, netjes, vanaf de aankomst tot het vertrek, alsof we elkaar al jaren kende. En de woning? Tot in de puntjes gestyled! Smetteloos. Een thuis! Heerlijke keuken, fantastische douche, gezellige living. Er is zelfs een platenspeler met muziek passend bij het interieur! Sasso Marconi is een leuk stadje, met alle faciliteiten die je mag verwachten. Tip: Pak de trein naar bologna, rijdt ieder uur en binnen een half uur sta je in de stad! En dat voor 2,5 euro per persoon!! Als ik ooit terug ga naar deze regio, 100% dat ik naar Frederica terug ga!

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

Il ns soggiorno è stato solo lavorativo, purtroppo, causa incidente al ginocchio, sono state penalizzanti le scale al secondo piano, ma l' appartamento risultava ben arredato e ristrutturato con gusto. L' unico disagio è la cura dell' immondizia in generale della struttura, messa con disordine all' ingresso dell' immobile. Desidero precisare che la referente Laura è stata sempre prontissima a tutto. Ottimo il parcheggio.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa en el apartamento de Paula. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y al mismo tiempo tiene todos los servicios cerca, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda. Todo ha sido muy fácil y agradable. Paula ha estado siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy generosa. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Padrone super disponibile. Siamo sempre riusciti a tenerci in contatto telefonicamente. Stanza molto carina e super pulita. È a due passi da Bologna, ci si arriva comodamente in 10 minuti. Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Spent 3 nights at La Torre with a group of 6 friends. On the check in and check out days, the hosts were very helpful in getting our bags up and down the steep hill. On our first day we took public transport from the house to cinque terra. We didn’t have a car so it meant getting a taxi to the train station, was a little bit difficult to organise but the hosts helped out when there were no taxis available Our second day was spent e-mountain bike riding as the hosts run the bike hire shop. Rolling through the towns was stunning and would definitely recommend. issues: Without a car, you need to plan your travel ahead, make sure you have connecting taxis booked and enough groceries to cook meals. The electricity would trip when too many appliances were running Overall, I definitely recommend people stay at La Torre nel bosco, the location is stunningly beautiful and you can access cinque terra quite easily from there. The hosts are very supportive

Prelep smestaj, i divan i ljubazan domacin koji je uvek na raspolaganju u svakom momentu. Nas 6 smo uzivali u cistom i Preleom smestaju u samom centru grada. Sigurno cemo se vratiti ponovo.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

sistemazione a dir poco eccellente: appartamento tanto elegante quanto confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario anzi molto di più (apprezzatissimo tutto il kit per la prima colazione), comodissimo il parcheggio a pochi metri dall'ingresso. zona molto tranquilla, sicura e a pochi chilometri dalla città di Modena e dall'autostrada. host e cohost molto disponibili e cortesi per ogni esigenza. rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. sistemazione quindi sicuramente da consigliare.

Casetta stupenda immersa completamente nella natura, la sera c’è una vista stupende delle stelle! (Se il cielo è chiaro e lo permette) vista veramente mozzafiato! Tornerò sicuramente quest’estate!

Мястото е добро. Отлична комуникация с домакина - бърза, точна, ясна и навременна. Апартаментът е на партерно ниво във вътрешен двор. Нямахме проблем с паркирането. Стаите са преходни, спалнята е голяма и удобна за двама души. Напълно съответства на описанието и снимките. Бяхме 4 души за 3 нощувки. Като цяло прекарахме много добре.

Filippo ist ein sehr freundlicher und um eine sehr gute Kommunikation und Problemlösung orientierter Mann. Wir haben jede (eigens verursachte) Schwierigkeit mit ihm sofort beheben können. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Wir haben wirklich ALLES zu Fuß machen können (ob San Luca, Kochkurs, ...), deshalb ist die Wohnung einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Da sie nicht direkt von der Sonne beschienen wird, war sie auch immer kühl, obwohl es draußen knapp 30° C hatte, was sehr angenehm war um kurz runter zu kühlen. Jederzeit immer gerne wieder.
