Cody’s place was very peaceful and private. The river and mountains provided a beautiful backdrop for our trip. The screened in back porch was great as we spent most of our time out there. We didn’t have much luck fishing in the river but that was the only downfall of our trip. We would gladly stay here again!

Very nice 4bd and 2 full bath, quaint place that was extremely clean. The walk-in shower on the first floor was absolutely awesome for my 70 year old parents that gave them safety to not step over a tub. Overall phenomenal communication by Lori and a very seamless stay from start to finish. Thank you so much Lori! It made my family's Thanksgiving everything that they could have wanted seeing family.

Charming old farmhouse in beautiful surroundings. Quiet, peaceful environment was perfect for our gal's retreat weekend. We Have enjoyed the Homestead before and will definitely return!

This is the second year we’ve rented the round house for a golf outing, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The round house felt safe and welcoming, and the fire pit and grill were a huge hit. The house was clean and comfortable, and the view of the golf course was unmatched. The living room was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The two bedrooms on the main level are private and cozy, and there is great closet space for such a small house. Though the main-level bathrooms are a bit small, the lower-level bathroom has a great shower. Tracy is a gracious, responsive host, and she makes the decision to return to the round house easy.

Lovely, unique place. We were a group of 6-8 and we had no issues with space. The place had all the amenities you would want. Superb spot, would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the log house. It is beautifully renovated yet gives you a feel you are back in time. We went on a snowy weekend and the fireplace was cozy. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals and decompress. The home was clean and well decorated and we enjoyed watching the horse and buggies regularly passing by the front windows.

Great place right off the highway that felt peaceful. Great for my and my kids to sleep for a night. Would recommend!

Booked a three month stay at this property and it was amazing! Very clean. Host was excellent with communication and so helpful when we ran into some personal issues during the stay.

This is one of the top Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at, hands down. The space is absolutely stunning. Bigger than expected, beautifully restored and decorated, spotless, and relaxing just to name a few. It’s in a primo spot in downtown Bedford. Walking distance to everything. The back deck is such a pleasant bonus and more peaceful than I thought it would be. This is officially my new spot every time I come to town to visit family.

A lovely place. Exactly like the pictures. Design is comfortable, clean, and pretty. Building is old with new. The boutiques are nice, near by and fun to check out. You have to visit the chocolate shop, it’s beautiful and smells amazing. Affinity has great coffee also. I will say if you’re traveling with toddlers just to be mindful of the steps both in the building and unit. Otherwise stay was great. Thanks again ☺️

Often beds get overlooked when staying in the Airbnb. But this place has the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever been in. I felt cozy. I felt comfortable. Everything was wonderfully laid out by far. One of my favorite places to stay. It was an expensive but well worth The trip. I will be staying there again.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated! The hosts left a nice handwritten note welcoming us and giving local food recommendations. They were also very flexible and accommodating! We felt very comfortable there and would 100% stay again!

We’ve stayed at Jeannie and Herbs place a number of times and we’ve never been disappointed. Great folks, great place, we’ll be back next time we need a place to stay.

Beautiful location and beautiful space this was a very comfortable stay I’d recommend to family and friends!

This clean and comfortable place was exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located for our weekend plans, minutes from the Allegrippis Trails. We appreciated the small details, like s'mores supplies, USB outlets, labeled drawers, and seasoned firewood with kindling. We would definitely stay here again!

we stay here on travel between states. this is the best bnb we have been to. it's clean, quiet, peaceful and very close to rt 81. I wish all bnb were like this one. thanks for another great night

Let me first off by saying this was the best stay by far on Air BNB. The place was awesome and dealing with Joe and Ted was awesome. We only had one issue during our 9 month stay and he fixed it immediately. If I or a fellow coworker is in town this will be the first place I reach out to.
