A modern new apartment with a good layout and minimalist design. The location is perfect within 3 minute walk to all of Riccione's shops and restaurants.

Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

Perhaps the best AirBnB I ever stayed in. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was well equipped with everything that travelers may possibly need. They even kept baby safety plugs, just in case. Furthermore, they created Netflix profiles in our names to make us feel right at home. How thoughtful and incredible is that? There were chocolates, cookies, drinkable cold water, a wine bottle, coffee/ tea bags and more, a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in and check-out was very smooth. The location is perfect, right next to the Rimini train station. Good connectivity to all nearby areas. Suitable for upto 6 people. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot Davide and his awesome team. Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

Wir waren in der Gegend wegen dem WEC Rennen in Imola, welches von der Wohnung aus über die Landstrasse gut zu erreichen war. An Forli vorbei führt eine gute Umgehungsstrasse. Super waren der flixible Check in und Check out über den Schlüsselkasten. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über die Kaffeemaschine und die Tabs vor Ort. Die gegend ist ruhig zu jeder Tageszeit. Sollten wir wieder mal in Imola sein, komme ich gerne wieder.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Pulito, nuovo e comodo grazie anche alla presenza dell’ascensore.

Il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Mario è stato molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato la pulizia dell'appartamento e il fatto che ci sia stata la possibilità di un check-in e di un check-out davvero flessibile e anche l'ottima comunicazione. Appartamento davvero consigliato in un territorio splendido per le passeggiate in montagna.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questo appartamento. L'arredamento moderno e funzionale, unito alla pulizia impeccabile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La posizione è strategica: il mare è a pochi passi e si trovano facilmente ristoranti, negozi e tutto ciò che serve. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Sicuramente torneremo!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione. Host gentile e disponibile. Per quanto mi riguarda , appartamento molto confortevole, poiché dotato di vari elettrodomestici (non tutti sono dotati di frullatore elettrico e ad immersione!). Ho apprezzato anche la posizione poiché permette di parcheggiare comodamente la macchina e ci sono una gastronomia/pasticceria e una friggitoria a pochi metri da casa.

Un posto bellissimo, immerso nella campagna collinare del Casentino. Un immobile ristrutturato con grandissima cura e gusto nel quale si respira la storia del proprietario e la sua arte. Prati, alberi, arbusti, specchi d'acqua e un bellissimo orto sono la cornice di tutto questo. In più si ha l'impressione di essere ospiti di un amico e non clienti di una struttura ricettiva. Per mio conto, tornerò sicuramente.

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

Struttura moderna e pulita, situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare raggiungibile con una bella pista ciclo - pedonale. Ottima come base per girare Gabicce e dintorni. La struttura è disposta su due livelli e offre un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve per rendere il soggiorno confortevole Un grazie agli host per la gentilezza e disponibilità

leider waren wir nur 2 nächte in der ca‘ pradella. am liebsten wären wir 2 wochen geblieben! das war von angst an klar. ein wunderschönes haus in einer wunderschönen umgebung und so tolle gastgeber. wir haben uns so sehr gefreut, dass wir euch kennengelernt haben, antonelle und vinzenco! vielen dank für eure gastfreundschaft. tim und ich werden wiederkommen!

The apartment is very cosy and has all the needed amenities, very well equipped, one feels themselves at home in no time. It is precious (and rare in Bologna), that a parking space belongs to the accommodation. There is also an elevator in the building. The apartment is in a very nice, peaceful and safe area, there is a big supermarket literally around the corner and nice restaurants around. The downtown is 5 kms away, which is an hour’s walk or a 15 minutes bus round (bus stop is cc 300 metres away). Everything was spotless clean. Marika is super nice, very friendly and approachable, answering fast. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Oscar è stato gentilissimo nel dare indicazioni per raggiungere il posto ed estremamente disponibile. L’appartamento è pulito, ben organizzato e ha veramente tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Anche la colazione è stata gradita!

Ottima posizione , centralissima . Disponibilità di Angy nel check-in , ci ha fornito i consigli per organizzare un buon soggiorno a Ravenna . Interessante l’opportunità di aver incluso nel soggiorno il parcheggio vista la posizione centralissima. L’alloggio corrisponde alle foto , pulito e carino .

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Appartamento come nuovo e molto gradevole (ancora meglio che in foto), pulitissimo, in pieno centro storico, ma molto silenzioso. Soggiorno nel complesso eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

I really enjoyed my stay at Micro & Isotta's place. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and right at the beginning of the historic city center, the location was very convenient. It was exactly like the photos with a stylish artsy aesthetic and extremely clean, comfortable, had many great amenities and even some drinks and snacks provided! The hosts were very kind, responsive and helpful as well! Isotta came to check me in, familiarize me with everything and gave many great tips for sight-seeing and restaurants. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wish I could've stayed longer!
