The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Yallingup nature fix Koonga Maya with fireplace

Koonga Maya is tucked away in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs from our chickens.

Yallingup is in the heart of the Margaret river wine region… only a short drive from world class wineries and restaurants.

Vintners - modern spacious, 5 bdrm, nature setting

Vintners is a contemporary, spacious, rural retreat nestled on 3 acres in the Yallingup Hills with a perfect layout for extended family/friends who love their privacy and space. Bedrooms are located in two wings that branch off from the central living area. Has an entertaining deck amongst the treetops. Home has direct access to a short walking trail. Only 8 min drive to Dunsborough town/beach. Linen hire cost is included in our cleaning cost rather than added into the nightly rate.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Gorgeous cabin set in Yallingup bush. Sleeps up to 6pp. Super comfy king bed inc linen and towels. Huge lounge with kitchen. Close to Dunsborough/Yallingup. Set on 5 acres. Owners reside in adjacent property, your privacy is respected. Extra 3 single beds can be provided in the living area. All new decor. Friendly Dogs on property but can be secured if not comfortable. Pets by prior arrangement only. Leavers accepted and taxi service offered also.

Charming air-conditioned 1BR cottage nestled in peaceful leafy gardens, just a 2-min stroll to the beach. A scenic 3.7km walk or bike ride (BYO or hire) into town. Quietly located, it's an ideal base for exploring the region’s renowned wineries and natural beauty. Please note: no ocean views, no pets.

Mulberry Cottage

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.

This beautiful home is perfectly equipped for a great down south holiday where you have everything at your door step from beautiful beaches, surf, hiking, caves wineries, breweries, an endless amount of activities for all. The house is located 1km from Dunsborough town center, an easy 15 min stroll along a footpath.
