Ariel was an amazing host. We booked his placed in short notice because we were having issues with our original property. Ariel accommodated our family with no issues. The place was comfortable and clean, our family enjoyed the rest of our vacation with no complaints. We had two parkings and we were able to walk to the beach 🏖️ for some fun in the sun. The pool is a couple steps away from the property. Everything was amazing we will definitely book again.

This was not ,my first time staying at Ivan's place. It is in a central area, always clean and Ivan is always responsive. I recommend it!

Our host Omar was very sweet and responsive. The property was clean and beautiful. The pool is huge. Everyone on the property was nice too!

Jack is the epitome of a SUPER HOST!!! Accepted a last minute reservation and the house was immaculately clean, well stocked and presented as advertised. This will now be my famimy's go to property when visiting Puerto Rico. Jack made sure to meet our family and make so many fabulous recommendations.

Mario and Carmen were amazing! We had a very last minute booking due to our original Airbnb being a complete nightmare and Airbnb rebooked us at the last minute with them! They were very helpful and professional! Proactively aware of everything and helped me and my family get in the house quickly. The house is beautifully renovated and way bigger than we even expected. It was one of the cleanest places we stayed on the island for sure. The house seems to be very well insulated as you could not hear anything outside at night. They even ran over with only 30 minutes before us coming in and left a bottle of rose and turned on the ac in the house which we were not expecting. The amenities were also appreciated I was so excited to see a qtip as silly as that may sound it made my entire week! Beach items and a small ice chest plus some water shoes we also left a few things for the next beach goers. Also having a washer/dryer and closed garage was a bonus, I would absolutely recommend anyone

If you want to be safe in the island, this is the place to stay. Nested in an old and humble location, but it's a very safe place regardless. It is very accessible to road PR Carr. 3 and it has good businesses nearby. Even when electricity and water services fail, it was a safe and resourceful place. Has solar panels and a big water tank, as well as solar water heater. You will not need anything even during a hurricane. Host Jesús is an excellent, super host who greeted us with all the basics. Water bottles and juice in the fridge, as well as some local fresh fruits. The house was equipped with everything you need in the bathroom; as well as everything you need to have a great day at the beach. A BBQ with everything except the meat. Washer and dryer works great. Kitchen was fully equipped plus some seasonings and canned goods. Coffee maker with filter, coffee, sugar, creamer. All you need are your clothes to enjoy PR's beauty. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

I wish I would have had more time to spend on the island and would have extended my Airbnb booking at Buddy’s Place. There’s a grocery store on the other side of the house and it’s within walking distance. Walmart is near by too. Local restaurants and Bar’s were awesome!! A nice near by bar serving authentic Puerto Rican food at 1am!! You can’t beat that service lol. Buddy’s place looked just like the pictures and man that A/C works perfect 🤩. Kitchen was stocked with everything you may possibly need. And the convenience of being able to do laundry was a plus! Rooms were spacious and have closets to hang up your clothes during your stay. It was a very comfortable and peaceful experience!!! Thank you Linda

Muy buena experiencia

At first, we were unsure about the place based on the Google Satellite view, but once we arrived, it turned out to be completely different—in the best way! The house was very clean, peaceful, and free from any disturbances. It’s also conveniently located near many great restaurants. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend this home to anyone considering it.

What a lovely slice of paradise. Located in such a beautiful city, this house is close to plenty. No matter what adventures you plan to go on, this stay is ideal for those excursions. Alisha is a wonderful host that lays out instructions and accommodations incredibly well while having top notch communication. The house is cozy, with TVs, AC, and fans in each room. There are games there and other forms of entertainment. All the appliances are well kept. I appreciate that she includes earplugs and a sound machine since some animals in the neighborhood like to sing their songs at times. The neighbors are all nice and the neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful. You can just sense a lot of love in the area. The neighbor directly across the street is one of the kindest humans I’ve met in PR. Everything about this place enhanced my birthday trip and took a lot of stress out of the “where are we staying” and “how are we going to afford it” that usually comes with a trip to PR. 10/10!!

We booked this very last minute as our previous booking did not work out. Jessica was so helpful and got us set up within 2 hours of placing the request. The house is wonderful. I can’t think of anything else that would be needed. It was spotless and so very well equipped for people of all ages. There are wonderful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

Second time we have stayed at this incredible place. The wind, the ocean, the rainforest- it is so beautiful. The condo is comfortable and AC in the bedrooms works great. We swam in the ocean and also enjoyed the pool at the condo! We love this place.

This unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space, comfy beds and linens, a stocked kitchen and beautiful view. Cold AC in both bedrooms, but not in the living room. Secure building with elevators. Slightly dated but clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the location is next to a very busy marina, there is often noise and loud music from the boats and the restaurant next door but it stopped by midnight or so. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

Joe and Jessica have a lovely apartment , we love your apartment is beautiful , and also I love that it has elevator, we keep in mind for the future going again, if you ever think of selling it let me know , thank you so much The only thing that is not a major thing here in Puerto Rico in that area Fajardo when there is no wind there is mosquitoes but since I live here in Puerto Rico we knew that, just for a suggestion you should put some screen in your windows to be able to open the windows of the apartment I did not open the windows so the mosquitoes wouldn’t log in but this is my personal opinion overall whenever I go to Fajardo to stay I would like to stay there again

We found this place at the last minute after having a challenging experience at another air bnb. This place saved our trip! We stayed two nights and found the place very clean and just as described and as represented in the photos. The view is beautiful and there is easy access to ferries and marinas which will get you some of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches. It is very close the El Conquistador resort. There is a grocery store and a Walgreens within a 15-20 minute drive. There are several local restaurants within walking distance that are enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The host was quick to communicate and check in instructions were very easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again if we decide to visit this side of the island again!

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨
