Janira was super attentive during our entire stay! She helped us with every question we had regarding our plans. She had recommendations as well. Everything was clean and as described. The house is beautiful and the backyard was to die for! My family and I had an amazing stay. The adults AND kids were happy 😊 thank you for everything!

Jack is the epitome of a SUPER HOST!!! Accepted a last minute reservation and the house was immaculately clean, well stocked and presented as advertised. This will now be my famimy's go to property when visiting Puerto Rico. Jack made sure to meet our family and make so many fabulous recommendations.

We booked the same day we traveled to the island, March 14-March 2016. Javier was very friendly as soon as we made the reservation. The location of this property is excellent, very close to pharmacies, Walmart, breakfast bars, and restaurants. The beaches are nearby and beautiful. El Yunque Rainforest is also very close, and we enjoyed its nature and waterfalls. The property is very well-equipped, very clean, and has a beautiful beach decor. They welcomed us with delicious coffee made in Puerto Rico. In the closet, we also found extra beach chairs, coolers, and other items that they shared to make our visit more pleasant. They placed two hammocks in the back of the house, and we fell in love with the tropical atmosphere. Thank you for all the attention we received; we will return soon.

Desiree was a wonderful host. I was stranded at 8pm due to another booking gone wrong and her place was available for immediate check in! The house was clean and welcoming. Her beautiful pool was easy to use, clean, and just as pictured. Desiree is located just minutes from where many ferries and boat tours depart as well as local bakeries and restaurants. As a solo traveller her home felt safe, and I cannot wait to return with my family and friends! I would definitely recommend Desiree's home!!!

If you want to be safe in the island, this is the place to stay. Nested in an old and humble location, but it's a very safe place regardless. It is very accessible to road PR Carr. 3 and it has good businesses nearby. Even when electricity and water services fail, it was a safe and resourceful place. Has solar panels and a big water tank, as well as solar water heater. You will not need anything even during a hurricane. Host Jesús is an excellent, super host who greeted us with all the basics. Water bottles and juice in the fridge, as well as some local fresh fruits. The house was equipped with everything you need in the bathroom; as well as everything you need to have a great day at the beach. A BBQ with everything except the meat. Washer and dryer works great. Kitchen was fully equipped plus some seasonings and canned goods. Coffee maker with filter, coffee, sugar, creamer. All you need are your clothes to enjoy PR's beauty. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

What a lovely slice of paradise. Located in such a beautiful city, this house is close to plenty. No matter what adventures you plan to go on, this stay is ideal for those excursions. Alisha is a wonderful host that lays out instructions and accommodations incredibly well while having top notch communication. The house is cozy, with TVs, AC, and fans in each room. There are games there and other forms of entertainment. All the appliances are well kept. I appreciate that she includes earplugs and a sound machine since some animals in the neighborhood like to sing their songs at times. The neighbors are all nice and the neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful. You can just sense a lot of love in the area. The neighbor directly across the street is one of the kindest humans I’ve met in PR. Everything about this place enhanced my birthday trip and took a lot of stress out of the “where are we staying” and “how are we going to afford it” that usually comes with a trip to PR. 10/10!!

We booked this very last minute as our previous booking did not work out. Jessica was so helpful and got us set up within 2 hours of placing the request. The house is wonderful. I can’t think of anything else that would be needed. It was spotless and so very well equipped for people of all ages. There are wonderful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

loved the place, great location easy to get to the Rainforest and seven sea beach. easy drive to local restaurants and there is a great bakery just 5 min walk down the street. highly recommend Elisa's place. Great host and has everything you need to go to the beach and feel right at home.

Ariel was an amazing host. We booked his placed in short notice because we were having issues with our original property. Ariel accommodated our family with no issues. The place was comfortable and clean, our family enjoyed the rest of our vacation with no complaints. We had two parkings and we were able to walk to the beach 🏖️ for some fun in the sun. The pool is a couple steps away from the property. Everything was amazing we will definitely book again.

We had a great stay! I had the pleasure of meeting Julia and she was very kind. Her place was very clean and the a/c was ice cold! I recommend trying out panaderia monte brisas, it is a local bakery and very delicious! Not a problem for me, but the roosters crow in the morning in case you like to sleep in.

Julia was a very nice host and we had two nights good sleeps. we arrived puerto Rico late on first day but the apartment is easy to find and the wallpaint make the location easy to recognize even at night.

Me and my wife loved the place Beautiful area, close to restaurants, marina, etc Ramon is a great host, reachable all the time.

A comfortable and clean place to stay! Totally bug-free, laundry access was helpful, and Luchie provides beach chairs, umbrella, and towels, which is a great touch! The area is secluded and a 10 minute drive from anything you’d want to visit in Fajardo, but quiet at night with beautiful sounds of nature. Felt very safe and comfortable, especially for the price! If you’re staying at Luchie’s, try Panedaria Monte Brisas for breakfast & coffee!

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Amy's ocean-view condominium apartment on the 21st Floor. The apartment is in one of two condos, which are gated by security staff. Her apartment is clean and comfortable, and her kitchen is well-stocked. Amy is super responsive and helpful and her instructions are clear and precise. As a local, she can provide recommendations to beaches and other places of interest.

The place was exactly what we expected from the listing and was overall an amazing stay! The views from the condo are amazing and the sound of the ocean was amazingly peaceful. The area is walkable with many fun bars and restaurants nearby. A nearby visit to El Yunque was the highlight of our trip! The only slightly negative to the entire trip was that there are times where security is not available to open the gate which requires a small wait - not a problem at all, I only mention it because it was left out of otherwise very detailed check in instructions and led to some initial confusion. All in all I highly recommend!

Joe and Jessica have a lovely apartment , we love your apartment is beautiful , and also I love that it has elevator, we keep in mind for the future going again, if you ever think of selling it let me know , thank you so much The only thing that is not a major thing here in Puerto Rico in that area Fajardo when there is no wind there is mosquitoes but since I live here in Puerto Rico we knew that, just for a suggestion you should put some screen in your windows to be able to open the windows of the apartment I did not open the windows so the mosquitoes wouldn’t log in but this is my personal opinion overall whenever I go to Fajardo to stay I would like to stay there again

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨

Loved the view from the balcony. Parking was easy and the area was very peaceful. Extremely helpful and very responsive. We had no issues at all. Thank you. Would stay here again.
