Cesar is an exceptional host. He communicated clearly with us from the moment we booked our villa. We were a large group of 12, and we had plenty of space in the beautiful villa. The master suite was a great addition allowing a little bit of privacy or downtime when needed. The kitchen area was outside the main villa and a perfect way to cook or prepare food without disturbing other group members , it was well equipped. Cesar went out of his way to make us feel at home and I loved the welcome gifts of food and beer . Thank you so much

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé, à proximité du port à pied. Il est situé en rez-de-chaussée et dispose d'une grande terrasse extérieure. Sergi a été très réactif dans les échanges. Je recommande ce logement.

Francesca è molto disponibile, simpatica e alla mano. Ha sapientemente ristrutturato la casa ereditata dai nonni rendendola confortevole e accogliente. Gli spazi sono ampi, soprattutto quelli della dependance. La posizione è strategica: è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dal porto ed è collocata vicino a un supermercato ben rifornito. Il patio sul retro è attrezzato con un ampio tavolo e può comodamente ospitare motorini o un'auto. Consigliata.

An amazing Villa with stunning views! This is honestly a beautiful home to stay in for a lovely trip to Ibiza. The location is very easy to get to - 10 mins from the airport, a few minutes to local supermarkets and 10 minutes to Ibiza town (which is a must visit!). We visited many places on the island from here with no issue - all under a 30 min drive. The host was very good and accommodated a late check-in for us at a fee and also provided milk and water when we arrived which was very appreciated. We enjoyed all the lovely dining areas in the home, each with beautiful views over the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to make meals with no issue. The pool is wonderful and we enjoyed catching the sun around it, but as we travelled out of season it was too cold to use - would be a real treat in the summer! The home is secure, 2 gates to get through to the property and we always felt safe. It is also very private. You will not be disappointed with this home!

Deze woning is absoluut een parel! Zeer luxe en comfortabel in een heerlijke rustige, natuurlijke omgeving. Zelfs in de winter of het vroege voorjaar is het hier goed vertoeven. Ibiza is een klein eiland, waardoor eigenlijk alles goed te bereiken is. Een auto is wel een must, maar de wegen zijn ondanks de vele bergen hier, zeer goed begaanbaar. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker terug 😃. Dankjewel Majid en Claudine, voor deze fantastische plek en service.

La estancia fue increíble la verdad, muy céntrica la vivienda. Todo muy acorde con lo que se veia en las fotos y lo que mas nos gusto fue su terraza. La chica super atenta y cualquier cosa respondía rápido. Todo genial.

We had a fab stay at casa linda, Lucia was the best host. She helped us and went out of her way to help us, and was very kind giving us a late check out. The villa has everything you need, and is so centrally located for beaches and night clubs across the island. Taxis were easy to get using taxi click app. We really enjoyed beautiful Ibiza town.

The visit to Ibiza was for a training and I can only say that we wished we’d had even more time in the house and the beautiful property! It felt like a retreat in itself and evenings there and waking up to it were a delight. This is a beautiful home and thoughtfully and tastefully designed with an inviting, modern, and relaxed aesthetic where you will surely feel right at home. Alba was a thoughtful and kind host and I had recommended it to friends and saved the listing to favorites in Airbnb even by night as I will surely visit again on any Ibiza trip in future.

María es muy atenta y está muy pendiente en todo momento de que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a 4’ de Sant Fransesc. Pequeño pero cómodo. Tiene un espacio exterior super grande. Gracias María, volveremos.

Le logement est magnifique. Le matin il y a du soleil sur la terrasse pour y prendre le petit déjeuner. Le parking privé est parfait et indispensable pour le quartier. Le quartier est paisible, la plage accessible à pied. Il y a plusieurs restaurants accessibles à pied.

Posizione ottima a es pujols in cui è facile raggiungere ristoranti e la spiaggia. Mariano che ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile e gentile, fornendo sempre utili consigli per visitare l’isola. Consigliatissimo

Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist das Zusamenspiel der gut durchdachten Einrichtung, super-sauberen und gleichzeitig "schnörkellosen", aber dennoch charmanten Wohnung mit der Warmherzigkeit und Authentizität der Gastgeberin. Ich schätze mich glücklich, dass Maru mich beherbergt ha! Sie war immer erreichbar, hat tolle Restaurant- Empfehlungen gegeben und mich bei der Abreise zur Fähre gefahren. Der einzige kleine Schönheitsfehler ist, dass es auf dem Balkon schon mal laut werden kann, da an einer Straßenkreuzung gelegen. Parkplatz gegenüber sowie 2 Moped-Vermieter in unmittelbarer Nähe. Entschädigung dafür: unübertreffliches Abendrot! In der Vor-Saison waren die Busverbindungen noch nicht so super, aber Taxifahren ist eine gute Alternative: faire Preise und freundliche Fahrer. (Aus meiner Sicht braucht kein Mensch auf Formentera ein Auto- alle Entfernungen sind gut per Rad oder sogar zu Fuß zu bewältigen.) Muchisimas gracias, Marú - alla prossima!

Atemberaubendes Apartment! Wir waren 5 Tage da und begeistert. Die Einrichtung, die Umgebung, die Terrasse, Ausblick &&&. Einfach nur wow! Sehr zu empfehlen.

If any guest of this apartment is a sea lover, well this accomodation represents literally the heaven!!!! The flat is fabulous, watching the sea, from the room till the terrace. The whole ambient is cozy, very clean, comfortable and full of attention to details. The apartment comes with many utilities, WiFi, tv, kitchen and washing machine. The terrace is fully furnished which is a must to be enjoyed, while staying there. The host communicates very well, with clear instructions and guidelines. Also the apartments offers easy access and many amenities close by plus beautiful beaches just round the corner, within a walkable distance. Amazing EXPERIENCE

Perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Formentera. Very comfortable beds. The views are amazing and the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely be booking again soon . Francisco was extremely helpful and informative.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. L’appartement était spacieux et propre et bien rangé. Il avait tout le nécessaire ainsi que deux balcons. L’arrivée était facile et agréable. Les hôtes ont bien répondu et étaient conviviaux. Merci :)

Great location blocks from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this suite - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were great communicators and helpful whenever we had questions. We hope to be back one day!

Me and my 2 other friends had a lovely time here. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. When we arrived the apartment was very clean and spacious; our bath towels got changed mid week and bonus: it has a terrace at top for enjoying the sunset! Also, it’s a stone thrown from the city centre of Es Pujols but away from all the nightlife noise and main touristy area/promenade. We hired a car and bikes to get around the island a little bit more and explore the many beautiful beaches. Only thing I would say if you’re thinking to book this place you’ll need to buy some basic household items like washing up liquid and bin bags (maybe we were just unlucky and the previous rentals did’t leave any?) but yeah, you might need to bring or buy some of those. Other than that highly recommend! Thank you so much 😊

We had a great stay at Lorenzo’s place. Conveniently located, not far from shops and the beach. Great view from the terrace and the pool is really good too. Cala Llonga is a relatively quiet part of the island but only a short taxi ride away from the old town and the main sights. Lorenzo was a great host too with clear instructions and prompt responses. Would highly recommend!
