This flat is fully private, no sharing of any area and it is couple friendly. This place is for 2 to 4 guests. We need ID proof of all guests. The place has 1 bedroom, one hall, kitchen and one bathroom with some outdoor space. The property is at ground floor and the flat has king size bed, AC, Android TV with Apps, Oven, Geyser, iron, Sofa-cum-bed with AC in hall, Dining table, RO Water purifier, Refrigerator, Gas stove, mixer grinder, pressure cooker and other all the other kitchen utensils.

The place is in Kurichikuppam area on a walking distance of approx 500 meters from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, White Town, and Rock Beach. The space consists of a hall with sitting arrangements, bedroom with queen bed and AC, and a fully functional kitchen with all utensils and gas stove with cylinder. There is free basic speed wifi to do all the works.

The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, geyser, handwash dispenser & body wash/shampoo dispenser. This unit is on the top floor of Maison Souvenir. We have four other units of varying sizes in the building.
