Franco and Marina are the best hosts we had so far, as soon as you walk in they welcome you with the warmest smile, we felt right at home. We came late at night and they were nice enough to offer us dinner, we sat together listening to wonderful stories about their journeys travelling the world, we could have spent the whole night talking, but we had a wedding to attend the next day so we had to rest. The house is very tastefully decorated, it reflects Franco and Marinas personality, every piece of furniture tells a story. Very clean and well maintained, they both made sure we had our privacy and everything we needed. Franco made sure that in the morning we had breakfast, genuine local produce, he personally made us coffee and served everything so attentively. They offered us a ride to the wedding venue and made sure we got there on time. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! What was supposed to be a quick stay turned in to a wonderful friendship with these beautiful souls!

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Manuela und Marco und haben uns in ihrem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt! Obwohl es in unserer Woche viel geregnet hat, hatten wir es warm und gemütlich. Besonders empfehlen können wir die interessante Weinverkostung bei Manuela und Marco und die tolle Bäckerei in der Nähe!

Our technical staff stayed at the house for a week. It is very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Good communication with hosts. Recommend!

Il mio ragazzo ed io abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B di Claudia per 3 notti. Un'esperienza perfetta, certamente da consigliare! Innanzitutto la posizione è molto interessante: a soli 2 km dal centro di Gorizia, in un quartiere tranquillo e caratteristico. La stanza ed il bagno, così come gli spazi comuni, erano super puliti e ordinati, il letto davvero comodo. Ma ciò che per noi ha fatto la differenza è stata l'ospitalità di Claudia: nel prezzo, infatti, è compresa una colazione incredibilmente ricca e buona, allestita in una sala da pranzo curata e bellissima. È stato come essere a casa di un'amica, attenta ai particolari e discreta. Grazie Claudia, a presto :)

Non posso che fare una recensione positiva!!! Alloggio super pulito ed ordinato!!! Silvia si è preoccupata di mantenere sempre l ambiente caldo per me ed i miei pelosi. Una famiglia splendida, ambiente super accogliente. Posizione tranquilla vicina a molti punti di interesse.

Appartamento molto spazioso perfetto per una famiglia o per due coppie di amici che vogliono un pochino di privacy con un bagno per coppia a disposizione. Appartamento dotato di molti confort come lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Il parcheggio disponibile nel cortile del condominio e l'appartamento al primo piano consentono una facile agibilità e comodità. Bellissimo il grande balcone allestito per pranzi e cene all'aperto ben ventilato.

Appartamento sulla Darsena di Grado. Veramente molto pulito, arredato con gusto, accogliente e con tutto il necessario (stoviglie in abbondanza, lavatrice, forno, tv, wifi ecc...). Stanze spaziose, ottimi i materassi. Sembrava tutto nuovo. Bella la vista. Comodissimo e sicuro il parcheggio all'interno del cortile dell'edificio cosí come la presenza di un ampio ascensore. A due minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pochi minuti in piú dalla spiaggia. Pizzeria e ristoranti dietro l'angolo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Io, mio marito e i miei due figli di 8 e 6 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Die Unterkunft ist sensationell gelegen, unglaubliche Blicke bis Grado, Lignano einerseits, auf die slowenische Küste bis zum Kap Savudria in Kroatien andererseits. Wer die Schifffahrt liebt nimmt ein Fernglas mit, denn viele Schiffe, auch große Kreuzer sind zu sehen. Ein toller Platz zum Relaxen, alles perfekt organisiert durch Susanna. Superschnelle Antworten, Youtube Videos für Anfahrt und Besonderheiten der Wohnung. Lage ideal für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen, natürlich auch für Triest. Besonders erwähnenswert ist natürlich der eigene Strand samt Sonnenterrasse, die 200 Stufen sind es wert! An die etwas komplexe Anfahrt zum Grundstück- stark befahrene Strada Costiera, enges Abbiegen, Zufahrt nur aus einer Richtung möglich - gewöhnt man sich rasch. Aber es ist für "alte" Triest Kenner ganz selbstverständlich. Kompliment an Susanna für die tolle Kommunikation und die überkomplette Ausstattung und an Paolo, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cinzia ci ha accolto di persona ed è stata molto gentile, disponibile e anche flessibile riguardo all'orario del check-in. L'appartamento è ancora più bello che nelle foto, ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La pulizia di tutte le stanze era impeccabile, la cucina attrezzatissima e gli ambienti arredati con gusto e con cura. Consigliatissimo!

Check-in was a breeze! The host, Elaine, provided clear instructions, making it easy to find and access the property. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The property had the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The neighborhood's felt safe and pleasant. Elaine was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Highly recommend staying here.

Appartamento leggermente decentrato, ma con mezzi di trasporto comodi per raggiungere il centro. L'appartamento è piacevole e luminoso, i proprietari sono molto gentili è disponibili. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Un’ottima sistemazione . Il casale con cantina, molto bella e ben ristrutturata con una magnifica vista sui vigneti che la circondano. A pochi minuti da Gorizia e Nova Gorica, un’oasi di pace la casa ha ogni comfort ma allo stesso tempo molto genuina un eleganza di altri tempi , così come lo sono i proprietari, Si percepisce dai dettagli della casa hanno molta passione e sono molto rispettosi della natura che li circonda. Colazione generosa, griglia e arredamento da esterno. Ideale per soggiorno in compagnia di amici o famiglia numerosa.

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

Luisella è un host perfetto, disponibile e cordiale. La casa è stata ristrutturata benissimo, un vero tuffo nel passato ma con le comodità di oggi. Molto piacevole lo spazio in giardino. La posizione è ottima per visitare i bei borghi nei dintorni. Grazie Luisella.

Esperienza ottima nella villa di Mauro! Posto riservato ma non isolato. Quartiere tranquillo immerso in un paesaggio fantastico. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo sentiti a casa, i nostri cani si sono divertiti nell’enorme giardino. Casa dotata di molte comodità, e Mauro è stato super ospitale e gentile nei nostri riguardi, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze anche di check in e check out! Speriamo di tornarci presto! Nikolas war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles super erklärt. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern sauber und ordentlich mit einem großen Garten. Die Abende haben wir auf der Dachterrasse verbracht. Wir haben viel unternommen z.B. Venedig, Höle von Postojna, Strand in Grado, Strand Marina Julia Monfalcone, Ljubljana, Tolmin-Klamm.... Tolle Gegend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
