Appartamento sulla Darsena di Grado. Veramente molto pulito, arredato con gusto, accogliente e con tutto il necessario (stoviglie in abbondanza, lavatrice, forno, tv, wifi ecc...). Stanze spaziose, ottimi i materassi. Sembrava tutto nuovo. Bella la vista. Comodissimo e sicuro il parcheggio all'interno del cortile dell'edificio cosí come la presenza di un ampio ascensore. A due minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pochi minuti in piú dalla spiaggia. Pizzeria e ristoranti dietro l'angolo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Io, mio marito e i miei due figli di 8 e 6 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Určite sa tu vrátime,lebo sme sa cítili,ako v rozprávke. Úžasní hostitelia,izby boli krásne a čisté. Tiché prostredie,ale ubytovanie je vhodné aj pre rodiny s deťmi nakoľko v záhrade je obrovský park s tenisovým kurtom,s basketbalovým košom,pingpongovým stolom a je možnosť zahrať si aj futbal. Ďakujeme za všetko.Hostiteľa vrelo odporúčame.🤗

Ondrej ist wirklich ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Man konnte ihn immer gut erreichen und er hat uns vieles erklärt, was für die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung und auch für andere Dinge, z. B. die Garage, wichtig ist. Zusätzlich ist noch Jana vor Ort. Die Schlüsselübergabe für die Wohnung war völlig problemlos. Bei Fragen war auch Jana immer sofort erreichbar. Solch eine gute Kommunikation findet man nur selten! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Fußgängerzone. Man kann das Auto in einer sehr geräumigen Garage parken und von dort auch jeden Tag irgendwo hin etwas unternehmen. Man muss nur beim Herunterfahren in die Tiefgarageneinfahrt (mit extra abgeschlossenen Garagentoren) etwas aufpassen, was aber kein Problem war. Die Betten sind hervorragend zum Schlafen, und die Wohnung lässt sich mit der Klimaanlage sehr gut heizen. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Auf dem großen überdachten Balkon lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Casa molto bella e accogliente, in posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi porto piccolo. Vivien e Sergio sono host super attivi, super disponibili. Chiari nelle spiegazioni, e super disponibili a indicare i migliori luoghi di interesse. Stra consigliato!

We had great time at the apartment. No complaints, just praises. Susanne was super helpful and we had everything that we needed. It was our first time in Grado / Grado-Pineta so we were pleasantly surprised by the area and all it has to offer. Even though we visited out of season, the summer vibe was there, so we enjoyed the settlement of Grado Pineta and the beach close by. Grado is super close and very much worth visiting. Thanks again Susanne and hope we will visit soon again!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment the past few days. From the first contact, it was noticeable how friendly and accessible the hosts is 🙂 We were warmly welcomed and immediately given useful information about the area. The apartment itself is equipped with all the necessary comforts. In addition, the location is ideal: a short distance from shops, the beach, ... and from here you can easily discover the more spacious surroundings. In short: a perfect place for those looking for relaxation, comfort and hospitality. We're already looking forward to another visit!

Appartamento recentemente rinnovato al primo piano di una bella villetta con bel giardino di fronte a un gran parco verde. Molto tranquillo di notte e giorno. Moderno, spazioso, ben ordinato, armadi grandi e letti comodi. Belle lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Cucina nuova, con piatti, posate e tegami (che non abbiamo utilizzato). Ricca colazione confezionata, latte fresco e succo. Ercole è un host premuroso, proattivo e gentile, al tempo stesso riservato e mai invadente. Peccato aver fatto una sola notte!

La Casa alla fine del Mondo est un véritable lieu de détente et de calme ; une maison typiquement frioulaine arrangée avec goût et le sens du confort. Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Blick von der Terrasse in einen parkartigen Garten. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotless, the views were amazing, the neighbors were very friendly, and Federica and Andrea were outstanding hosts. Federica was available to give us advice or help anytime, and answered questions we had very quickly. If you're considering staying here we highly recommend it. :) Thank you Federica and Andrea!

Muy buena opción en Gemona, en un barrio tranquilo, muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobus y del centro histórico. Muy accesible en automóvil, con comercios a mano. La ubicación es para sentir el verdadero ritmo de Gemona, como un vecino más y no como turista. Los anfitriones, Paola y Simone, son de diez! Siempre pendientes a las necesidades, amables, serviciales y dispuestos a dar una mano. El departamento es enorme, cómodo y muy bien equipado para estadías largas. En todo momento, me sentí como en mi casa!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Wij, jeugdvriend en -vriendin die elkaar weer getroffen hebben, verbleven in de woning gedurende een week. De aanwezigheid van twee slaapkamers was één van de overwegingen te kiezen voor de woning. Het verblijf is ons uitstekend bevallen. Valli di Natisone (het dal van de rivier Natisone) ligt in een rustige streek zonder al te veel toerisme. Dat is best vreemd want er is veel te doen in de regio met een schitterende natuur die zich uitstekend leent voor korte en lange wandelingen. Wij bezochten het Sloveense Kobarid (Caporetto in het Italiaans) en het museum daar over de veldslagen in de 1ste Wereldoorlog. Ook Aquileia met Romeinse overblijfselen en één van de oudste kerken ter wereld stond op het programma. De woning zelf biedt alle comfort, heeft veel privacy en een schitterend onderhouden grote tuin. Wij overwegen terug te komen!

Die Unterkunft von Antonio ist sehr gut gelegen, man erreicht das schöne Zentrum von Udine in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Der kostenlose, abeschlossene Parkplatz ist ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und sehr praktisch. Antonio war ein äußerst netter und hilfsbereiter Host. Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat und ist für einen Kurztrip nach Udine gut geeignet. Danke

The apartment is amazing. It’s very spacious and located in a quiet and nice area. Very close to a free parking location. Super clean and very characteristic, with even old walls decor and an outside room, ideal for gatherings and meals. Only downside is the wooden ceiling, which allow for some noise coming from people walking or talking in the upper floor. That’s minimal though, easily livable with. Overall, a perfect stay

Die Unterkunft war super. Kata hat uns vorab Empfehlungen für verschiedene Aktivitäten in der Nähe gegeben. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'Delma's House'. Silvia made sure the apartment was warm and inviting - it felt like being 'home away from home'. Silvia went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and her hospitality was top-notch. The apartment is ideally located. There are wonderful local restaurants, cafes, shops and historical sites within a short walking distance.

L'appartamento, accogliente e curato nei dettagli, è in una posizione davvero ottimale per visitare Gorizia! Ci si può spostare a piedi agevolmente, e al contempo è riparato dai rumori della città. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana molto piacevole nonostante la pioggia: c'erano anche le carte da gioco, sempre gradite per trascorrere momenti allegri! Abbiamo apprezzato anche le guide turistiche in consultazione. Grazie.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

L'appartamento e' come viene descritto nella scheda. C'e' tutto quello che serve per la vacanza. La cucina e' piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ottime anche le dotazioni presenti incluse le cialde per il caffe'. Letto comodo, un po' piccoli i cuscini, ma se come noi ti porti quelli da casa il problema non si pone! Noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e le coperte erano insufficienti per poter dormire al caldo. Abbiamo acquistato una coperta in piu' e cosi' non c'e' stato problema. Consiglio di dotare l'appartamento di una seconda coperta nel caso in cui faccia freddo come in dicembre/gennaio. Ottimo il parcheggio per l'auto, riparato e chiuso sotto il condominio. Gentile l'assitente che ci ha dato le chiavi e spiegato come utilzzare l'accesso al condominio e poi le dotazioni di casa. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per 2 persone.

Hier stimmte einfach alles! Angefangen bei einer sehr sympathischen Gastgeberin, über eine stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Citylage über die bequemen Betten bis hin zu einer Ausstattung, wo nichts fehlte! Und den Capo in b kann man gleich unten neben der Haustür einnehmen. Eindeutig empfehlenswert!
