This place was absolutely perfect for me and my buddy + the people we were visiting. Place was spotless and everything was accurate from the way it was described. I truly can say staying here made my whole vacation a way better experience. If I’m back in this area again I would definitely book this spot again. Also I don’t know what type of rugs that are used in the bedrooms but they were extremely comfortable and soft. Little weird to say I know but that was one of the many things I loved about this place.

I booked this house for a month during the month of March. Not many people can appreciate the older farmhouse secluded lifestyle. Its simple, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for what I was looking for. The property owners were responsive and kind. I would book this home again in the future.

My Hat goes off to Gordon his house is beautiful this is a Gem of a place very well maintain the kitchen is beautiful and big all the rooms are spacious love the security system we had no issues it was perfect the fireplace in the living room was beautiful it was very comfortable to stay there checking in was great no problems Gordon went above and beyond to make sure we had everything communication was Great it is a quiet neighborhood we will definitely be back again .

I travel to Fort Gregg-Adams regularly, and when I'm alone I prefer a hotel(single female), but for the last 2 years I've traveled with teammates, and Airbnb just makes $en$e. Kingdom's property is EXACTLY what suits us. Comfortable beds, clean space, screened porch, well appointed and cozy. From the home theater, billiards, darts, corn hole and more, we definitely enjoyed our downtime! The office space and wifi provided all we needed to get some work done each morning before heading to the base. The house had EVERY conceivable comfort. Seriously, pack your toothbrush and go! So much space. The house is just FUN. Having stayed in 5 Airbnbs in Petersburg, this is my fave, so I sure hope Kingdom will host us again soon!

2nd time our crew stayed at Steve's place and no complaints at all. Everyone got a good sleep during a work trip. Steve and Luis are very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again if we find it within our budget. Thank you both.

Travis & Sandy were awesome host’s. Very generous. Communication between us was always good. Their cozy little home was most comfortable. If you’re traveling to Hopewell Va. for a family gathering, like we were, this is a great place to stay! We even managed to have our daughter’s and one son-in-law join us and even with one bathroom, we had everything we needed. We give the host’s and their home five stars!

Lovely place very close to Cary Street shops and restaurants. Cool upstairs historic apartment with nice updates and amenities. The street noise was a bit loud at night, but that’s expected with such a happening location! Mitchell was responsive to the question I had about check in. Overall, a great experience!

Returning to the area after a long time was wonderful. Enjoyable and convenient neighborhood. The pristine place worked perfectly. Comfortable and quiet. The hosts were always prompt and positive.

Cute place on a quiet street but close to the best spots in Richmond. Easy check in and street parking.

A friend and I stayed here while visiting other friends who live right down the street in Scott's Addition. The location was incredibly convenient for us (a 3 min walk to our friend's apartment) and we were very centrally located for accessing all the breweries, coffee shops and other fun spots in Scott's Addition. And the apartment itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for travels to Richmond!

Great place. Great location. Very close to Scott’s addition which has all sorts of restaurants and breweries. In the opposite direction is the Museum District which is quiet and green. Also walkable. Only gripe is that it was a bit warm and I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the thermostat. If you’re a hot sleeper like me the front room closest to the front door is much cooler than the one in the back. Just a heads up. Also they do allow pets but NOT on furniture so keep that in mind as well. That includes beds.

Matt's apartment was wonderful. It's very clean, bright, good amenities and just as the photos indicate. The bed is very comfortable, too. He was very responsive, and although I didn't need any help from him during my short stay, I have no doubt he would be immediately available if I did. I had not been to Richmond before, and I was there for work purposes. The only reason I didn't give it more stars for the location is because the corner where the apartment building is located is very noisy, and since it's the corner apartment you are right there above the noise. I wasn't at the apartment much during the day so it wasn't a big deal then, but I did get woken up a couple times at night due to that. (Note: I'm a very light sleeper.) However, Matt provided ear plugs which was a nice touch - I did make use of them! You can't beat it's proximity to the convention center, state capitol, VCU hospital, and district court, so if you're in town for those purposes it's a more ideal location.

We had a great time at Rachel’s place - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was even nicer than described and had everything you could need. It’s in a perfect location - we could walk to restaurants, etc. Rachel was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and hope to stay there again next time we are in Richmond.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

Our family of 6 has a great time. Plenty of space at the unit and the amenities were even more than described. We'll be coming back!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.

We had an amazing early Mother’s Day weekend at this beautiful Airbnb located in Kingsmill Resort. The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, strolls around the resort grounds, we used door dash for dinner. Dave was thoughtful and attentive, making our stay smooth and stress-free. This was such a special way to celebrate Mother’s Day, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.
