It’s a beautiful place and a wonderful host.

The place was very spacious, clean and cozy with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to comfortably cook. Very well furnished with modern and comfortable pieces. Extra linens and towels were readily available and the location makes it very quiet and private, but also close to amenities and night live! There is a massuse on the main floor of the building that is highly recommended as well!!! Overall a great place to relax and have fun!!! Thank you very much Jeni! I will gladly stay again!

5 stars! Wonderful stay again! We stayed in the Elinor Suite this time, very spacious with both waterfront and street views. Impeccably clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is great location, walkable to Victoria Park and few minutes to downtown. Clean and everything you need for the stay was provided; Carrie is very responsive!

We had a great stay at Spencer’s place. The place is located close to the bridge, and getting around was easy. The home was clean and matched the description. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We booked last minute (day before our arrival) and appreciate the last minute accommodation!

Our family loved our stay at Samantha's place for our first visit to PEI. Location is exactly as shown and described in photos, was clean and had all necessities. It was a very relaxing stay and the kids loved it! Only thing I'd mention is there seemed to be a lack of BBQ utensils (or we couldn't find them) but made due! :) Highly recommend for those looking for a roomy, clean and quiet place to stay in PEI.

Two thumbs way up! The Douse House is a marvelous place in a perfect location. Simply walk a few blocks for morning coffee, evening meals, or food shop to eat-in. Four adults in our party had plenty of room to relax individually or gather for a meal or an evening cocktail. The house is spotlessly clean, a beverage fridge offers Bubly and bottled water, there’s a fully appointed kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker, the beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of towels and all bath necessities (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower wash) are provided. Paper products (TP, paper towels and Kleenex) are also well-stocked. Our host was very helpful in providing suggestions for things to do, good coffee and tasty meals. Oh! All visitors to PEI, please make the effort to enjoy a meal in the dining room at Holland College. The food is delicious and the view is spectacular!

Great location for walking the waterfront, downtown Charlottetown, and restaurants. Tons of linens/towels provided. Host was very accommodating for early check-in and responsive throughout our stay for questions.

Quiet place with calming water front view. Parking is super easy. All the downtown restaurants are just mins away. The Receiver Coffee next door is excellent. The lobster seafood restaurant is also just next door. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

We've now stayed in 3 out of the 4 apartments in this building. And this one was just as wonderful as the others. Easy, accessible parking. Clear & precise check-in information. The unit was VERY clean, tastefully decorated, crisp linens and comfortable furniture. Beautiful view of the water while on the deck and even from the kitchen and bedroom. Lots of natural lighting throughout the apartment. Very quiet & peaceful. Centrally located in the downtown core and a quick walk away from cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We walked to a different cafe each morning for breakfast. (Highly recommend Kettle Black or Receiver) And we got hooked on Vicinato Ristorante's thin crust pizza which we would pick up on our walk back to the apartment , while grabbing some local wine at the liquor store to accompany it. Lots of things to see and do on foot or a short drive away. Our hosts were always just a message away and very responsive. Absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Was a beautiful place & matched the description exactly. Walkable to all the downtown and the warf and coffee shops. Dico was very helpful with all my questions. Felt right at home would 10/10 stay here again :)

We had an amazing four-night stay at Spry Point in a beautiful, newly renovated condo in PEI. Our host, David, was lovely and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The private beach and stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean were the highlights of our trip. The condo had all the essentials, including a delightful herb garden that added a fresh touch to our meals and a well-equipped kitchen with sharp knives, which is always a bonus. Nearby charming towns provided plenty of opportunities for exploration, and we loved spending time on the serene beachfront—don't forget to bring your beach gear! Every evening, seals would stop by at a distance to say hello as we watched the sun slowly set. Highly recommend this spot for a perfect getaway in Atlantic Canada.
