Really nice place security team very attentive and kind suggestion for new RBNB members if you like that place jus make sure you have all the info before you get to the apartment there is very poor signal out side ones you get inn then you can connect and won't have any issues. Clean and spacious nice hot water. over all nice place i will go back. Thank you Luisao good host.

The place was perfect. It was quiet during the day and night. Everything worked. We were able to cook some of our dinners. We definitely going to reserve our time here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as advertised with a beachy aesthetic and gorgeous views! We loved the balcony the most and all of the fun seating! The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and easy access to the beach. We loved having the gym and getting some workouts in. The location was great and we loved the host recommendations! Brown Dog gelato and Ollies pizza really was SO good and unexpected! The host was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

It looks just like the photos, very easy to check in, felt like I was home, the building is well maintained, beautiful oceanfront view, peaceful and quiet perfect for relaxing or to enjoy a day at pool area with friends and family.

Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera. El lugar estaba impecable, todo estaba casi nuevo. Tenía toda clase de accesorios que fueron muy funcionales como plancha de ropa, secadora de cabello, juegos de mesa, etc. Las camas súper cómodas para descasar. La atención superó por mucho nuestras expectativas. Nuestros anfitriones son de 10. La ubicación un poquito compleja por el tráfico, pero las vistas y tranquilidad del lugar valián mucho la pena. Definitivamente lo recomendaría mucho para su estadía en Tijuana.

Overall really great experience renting from Luis angel. Was very helpful on process of arriving and leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent and a astonishing views of the sunset view. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning again. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the ocean, with beautiful views and the sound of waves right outside the window. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were super responsive and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach!

I went down to Gaviotas with some friends for a weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone. There are labels on every single light switch and all over the front door and kitchen which was a little overkill but the stay was really pleasant and will definitely rent there again. There are security guards at the front which made us all feel safe and there a local private beach maybe 5 min walk

Amazing house for a nice get away or a peaceful weekend. The house is huge and its really beautiful. Everything about this house was amazing and it was close to alot of nice restaurants. The area was also really nice and quiet , very peaceful with a great view of the ocean. Loved this place i would definitely recommend this house. The host were also very nice and responded quick .

González and his aunt are amazing! I messaged them before making the revervation, when they replied they even gave me a last minute special discount. The Airbnb is located right off the freeway, pharmacy / mini market, a fresh tortilla place, seafood restaurant and more within walking distance. The apartment is amazing, nice and cool, didn’t even need to turn on the air condition. Two beautiful kitchens, cozy rooms, bathtub and showers. It was just me and my son but next time I’ll definitely bring 2-4 more people. I’ll be booking with them frequently since I bring Pro Boxers to TJ and Rosarito to fight. If you’re looking to be away from the city in the middle of TJ and Rosarito, this is definitely for you. It’s only 12-15 to TJ and about 7-10 min to Rosarito. Pool is great also, enjoy!!!

Our stay in Aide's condo exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival, we quickly noticed how well-stocked the condo was. There was PLENTY of bottled water, fresh snacks, coffee and much more. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, extra toothbrushes, and the entire condo was super clean and very organized. The bedrooms are heated and also help keep the den warm, when needed. The condo is on the 15th floor so the views of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. We appreciate all the attention to detail and the many extras touches this condo offered. Thank you, Aide--we will be back soon!

The building itself was secure, well-maintained, and had fantastic amenities, including a gorgeous pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. The location was ideal—just minutes from amazing restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Rosarito, this is it! Highly recommend!

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.
