Guests enjoy a full home on the main (ground) floor of this split-level home. In addition to two bedrooms, the home includes a full kitchen, large kitchen island, dining room table (seats 8), large living room, and a cozy serenity room with windows all around. Also on this level, a large deck with seating and barbeque grill.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Made from the ground up is a brand new tiny house with unique accent, pine ceilings and all new appliances. The cozy, memorable house features a full size bed on the first floor. FULLY FURNISHED. The bathroom is ornately made with floral waterfall tile work and a sink found at one of Prescott's downtown. This tiny house is specially made with LOVE by an artist!
