A pesar de que el edificio sigue con algunas reformas, el departamento cuenta con todas las facilidades, es muy cómodo y acojedor, le da mucho más valor que el dueño nos haya dado tantas facilidades sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la problemática de las tarjetas en nuestro querido país, muy recomendable

We loved our stay. The house is very big and spacious. We had everything we needed and everything was clean. The owner living downstairs was lovely and very friendly. The location is near a market and feels very authentic despite it can be noisy in the morning. We would return again.

Très belle maison conforme aux photos. La chambre est très spacieuse, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans la cuisine. les hôtes étaient très réactifs. Tout était extrêmement propre. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre environ 15 minutes à pied mais des bus qui passent très régulièrement juste en face de la maison vous y emmènent à un tarif très accessible, appréciable car les rues montent à Sucre! Globalement un excellent séjour

El departamento es enorme, 3 dormitorios, 3 baños (uno en suite con vestidor). Tiene una hermosa vista a todo el rio desde el balcón con asador, desde la cocina y dos de los dormitorios. Los mobiliarios no son modernos pero son de excelente calidad. El edificio esta ubicado frente al Resort Los Ceibos. Esta entre dos avenidas, así que el trafico es abundante. Esta a 500 mts del centro. Te podes mover en Taxi tranquilamente en el centro. Gabriel fue un buen anfitrión. Volveremos pronto.

Muy buen alojamiento para viajeros que deseen estar algunos días en Sucre. Se encuentra, cerca de un supermercado, el Casco Viejo de la ciudad, el Mercado Central, y otras atracciones del área, y el transporte público también es muy accesible en caso de que necesites moverte a lugares más lejanos de la ciudad. Se encuentra en un lugar cercano al centro (5 minutos caminando), pero lo suficientemente alejado para no sentir tanto el ajetreo del área, la localización nos pareció muy adecuada. Por otro lado, Elizabeth fue muy amable y flexible, siempre atenta para cualquier detalle que pudiéramos necesitar. Sin titubear califico su actitud y disposición con 5 estrellas y le deseo mucho éxito.

El lugar era tal cual las fotos, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la anfitriona muy atenta y siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, definitivamente regresaríamos!

Un lugar muy céntrico, anfitriones muy amables y flexibles, me recibieron excelente y me ayudaron mucho en mi estadía en Tarija. El apartamento es muy cómodo, se siente como es casa, tiene absolutamente todo lo que uno necesita. Ame quedarme en este lugar, recomendadisimo!

We had a lovely stay here with our dog, she absolutely adored the garden, which was perfect for her to run around and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook comfortably at home, and the host couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, always quick to respond if we had any questions. A bonus was the steak restaurant just across the road, delicious food at a great price. All in all, a peaceful, pet-friendly stay in a location close to restaurants and shops. It was nice to explore a different part of town. Thanks again!

José Roberto est un hôte très accueillant et très gentil. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans son logement qui est situé à un endroit stratégique. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. Le logement est situé à deux pas du centre ville et de toutes les activités et restaurants. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.

Celso was an incredible host. He was incredibly flexible with my checkout time, and when I was in a pickle he helped me out greatly. The location is perfect, the micros leave to the bus station just two blocks away, and Mercado Central is steps away. I ate lunch and shopped there every day ! His unit had everything I needed to catch up on my personal admin and rest after being super busy. I would highly recommend his space. Thank you again Celso ! 🍫

Tanias Wohnung ist zwar nicht im historischen Zentrum Sucres, aber dafür sehr gemütlich und trotzdem interessant gelegen, direkt am Bauernmarkt Mercado San Antonio, ein toller Ort. Vor allem die schöne Terasse lädt jeden Abend dazu ein, den Sonnenuntergang über Sucre zu genießen. Tania ist super nett, antwortet schnell, hilft bei allen Problemen und gibt viele Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Sie ist außerdem Spanischlehrerin und es gibt die Möglichkeit, direkt bei ihr im oberen Stockwerk einen Spanischkurs zu machen. Ich hatte eine sehr gute Zeit in der schönen Wohnung und kann es sehr empfehlen!

El ambiente acogedor, espacioso, la señora que nos atendió fue comprensiva con los tiempos, el lugar es céntrico y fácil de acceder a transporte, el lugar estaba limpio. Recomendado.

El lugar es un lujo, una zona muy tranquila y con una vista exclusiva de Tarija. Las fotos no hacen justicia para describir la experiencia que el departamento otorga, sin duda volvería, la anfritiona muy amable y siempre comedida a ayudar, 100 ptos todo.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in diesem wunderschönen Loft gefühlt. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer war atemberaubend! Wir hatten viel Platz, einen Fernseher mit Netflix, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und viel Komfort. Bis ins Zentrum läuft man um die 10 Minuten. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, uns wurde der Schlüssel persönlich abgegeben. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war schnell und reibungslos. Als wir ein Problemchen mit dem warmen Wasser in der Dusche hatten, kam Evannia sofort zu uns. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir können den Gastgeber jederzeit empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

L’appartement est génial, il est composé de tous ce que vous avez besoin pour de long ou court séjour. Il n’est pas dans le centre de la ville, il faut marcher 15-20 min mais ça se fait facilement. L’hôte a été réactif à chaque demande. L’appartement est propre et il doit être calme quand il n’y a pas les travaux dans le bâtiment à côté.

I had a lovely stay in the apartment! The location is really good, directly at the Parque Bolivar (in the evening it can get a little louder, but for me it was absolutely okay!). You will find many nice cheap food options there, as well as other local products. The apartment is super spacious and well equipped, I enjoyed my stay very much and even extended one night. The communication was SUPER easy and proactive. On the second day they even came by quickly to bring me new garbage bags and shampoo! The only downside during my stay was a very slow and only partially working wifi. But my experience with south america so far is, that especially internet services may be good for a couple of days and then some bad days will follow. Thanks for the good time i had in Tarija!
