A blissful retreat, with absolutely stunning views. The Bothy is cozy and well kitted out, and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

The minute we arrived and saw the five bar gate we knew we were in the right place. The house is located off a narrow road sitting on a large plot surrounded by fields where rabbits eat and play. Once in you are surprised by the size of the house, it has two good size bedrooms and two good size bathrooms. The main lounge-kitchen-dining area is huge with a high roof and doors off each side for al fresco dining should you wish. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. There is a large dining table and a comfortable seating area where there is a wall mounted television. Coastal walks start very close to the house. Head west to the coastal watch station and onto Chapel beach and beyond. Turn east and you are soon at St Agnes and its swimming beach. We really enjoyed our stay in the Old Blockyard. It is a wonderful property in a fantastic location. Quiet enough if you want this, but close to all that Cornwall has to offer.

What a perfect place! We spent a few days in the area with our pet dog. The house is brilliantly laid out. The garden space is really big, secure and immaculately looked after. The kitchen and living space are really homely and the bedrooms are comfortable with great velux windows. For access to st ives, Penzance and surrounding area.. you couldn’t be better placed. And Margaret was really great with communication and provided some essentials like milk when we arrived. Great place!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

The Villa is a really great place to stay in St Ives. A lovely home with all the amenities you could hope for, spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. There were lovely touches throughout the accommodation - games, books and the tea and biscuits on arrival were much appreciated! There is ample space in all rooms and it has a really nice layout with separate dining and living spaces. The walk in bathroom is great - with a wonderful and very powerful shower! The location of the Villa is great for popping into town - just a couple of minutes away, and accessing both of the beaches of Porthminster and Meor. Gillian was very responsive and helpful on messages. I only wish our stay had been longer! The Villa is an absolute gem and if it were to be available, would certainly look to stay there again in future!

The house was incredible - very roomy but felt just like home. We loved the fact that the house could be split into different spots for different families or grouped. The location was quiet but close to towns for things to do and places to eat. Rachael was extremely accommodating to our requests and Iain (and Marmalade) were very welcoming when we arrived, providing a thorough run through of the house and amenities, as well as providing some recommendations. One of the ladies repeatedly said she wasn’t going home as she loved the house so much! Would absolutely recommend and will love to return :)

Lower Treetop’s was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, clean and warm. An electric blanket had been arranged but we didn’t need it. We loved the kitchen/living room arrangement, the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans you might need as well as tea, coffee and milk. The cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated. The garden is a glorious area in which to sit and relax with a morning cuppa or afternoon/evening glass of wine. St Micheal’s Mount and the sea can be seen from the patio. Tom was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including recommendations of places to visit we would not have otherwise known about. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely little apartment to anybody.

Absolutely fabulous location and host. The views were outstanding from living room/balcony. Lis was always on hand for guidance and recommendations. Lots of fabulous walking and amazing restaurants.

We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we loved the sunny garden. Two bedside lights would have been helpful but otherwise the place was perfect

The apartment was just right for the three of us, clean and well-provided with all the facilities we needed and in a great location to explore St Ives. Being able to drive right up to the door to unload our car was a real bonus, and the information provided made essentials like parking and shopping very easy. Thanks!

Great location with a fabulous view. Accommodation is well furnished, modern and clean with great facilities, especially the kitchen. Slept well on very comfortable beds with decent bedding and in very quiet surroundings. Covered parking is a bonus as is the station 2 minutes away - great for popping into StIves! Nice patio with a great view and a lovely beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Jacob’s apartment was lovely! Exactly as described and pictured and very comfortable for two people. The mezzanine bed is a nice space maximising feature and the automatic blinds help a lot with privacy while maintaining the sea views. It’s also right above porthminster beach and very close to the rest of St Ives. Overall I would highly recommend it if you’re planning a trip to St Ives!

Mitch’s place was a great place for us to center ourselves in Cornwall. Great location! Loved being able to use the washer. Mitch was helpful as well!

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

We had a great stay in Penryn. Damien was really friendly and met us when we arrived. Communication was great throughout our stay too, which made everything really easy. The flat was a perfect base for getting around, the bed was super comfy, and the view was gorgeous. Thanks so much for having us, Damien!

Wohnung war super schön, sauber und gab uns direkt ein „Zuhause“ Gefühl. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Küche viele kleine Utensilien hatte, die das kochen und auch sauber machen so einfach machten. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach super und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit

we had a wonderful time there. the apartment was beautifull anche the wiev from the living room was stunning (st Michael's mounts is visibile). the apartment Is very cozy and the kitchen very well equipped.
