We have hiking, biking & riding trails and 10 holes of Disc Golf to play. Visit Success Lake or Tule River or Casino. Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

A spacious, quiet guest cottage on a gated 1.6 acre property in the center of town. It is just a short drive from Sequoia National Forest, perfect for day trips. Parking is right in front of the house, a few steps to the door. Most of the year, we have seasonal fruits growing in the yard. You are welcome to stroll in the garden and pick fresh fruit off the tree. Wouldn't it be nice to pick your own oranges and have fresh squeezed juice in the morning!!

The Redwood Escape Home is five bedrooms/two baths and is conveniently located on the way to the Sequoia Nat'l Forest and the Sequoia Nat'l Monument. This home is located in the small town of Porterville and has easy access to the Sequoia National Monument. Very close to Highway 190, local shopping centers, and River Island Golf Course. Comes completely outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a peaceful backyard/patio.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
