Our stay way really enjoyable, the flat was nicely decorated with a charming view off the balcony. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. A great area to stay with heaps of options in walking distance

Jared and Kristy were very helpful and accommodating, the property was well presented and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Close and convenient trams. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second place we've stayed in with the same hosts and just as good. The apartment is comfortable and well thought out. Anything works and is in good shape. The building is a Melbourne icon and the location is fantastic -- central and with loads of restaurants and transportation out the front door. Location comes with a price though: if you rent this place, know that noise of some sort is constant. Street noise, night life noise, service lorries, etc. It was never so much to bother us, but that wouldn't be the case for everyone.

Fantastic apartment and location, we have a suv and the parking space was an added bonus and fitted easily in the space provided. Views are great from many windows, everything you need for home away from home and nice touch with all the kitchen and bathroom soaps etc. right across from the district shopping, tram right outside and restaurants at the front. Will definitely recommend and stay again, Henfry communicated so well and always answered any questions we had. Thank you so much

The apartment is in a great location - so central to so many of Melbourne's attractions, as well as easy access to a choice of public transport options, especially the trams and a tram stop in the free tram area right outside the entrance. There's even an IGA supermarket and bottle shop in the next block for self-catering needs. Lanie was super friendly and quick with communication, checking that we had arrived okay and gave great advice on transport and things to do. The apartment has 2 bathrooms which can be a rare find so it's a great space for friends and couples to stay. We loved Melbourne so much we are already planning a longer visit and will definitely try to stay here again!

The apartment was beautifully appointed with all that you need for a short stay in Melbourne. Siobhan was super responsive and facilitated a slightly earlier check in for our family. Would have no hesitation in staying again for future visits to Melbourne.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3-bedroom apartment. The view of the Melbourne city skyline through the big corner windows was amazing. The space had a calm and stylish feel with a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian design. We especially loved the hidden balcony off one of the bedrooms—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The location was great, just across from Queen Victoria Market and in the free tram zone, so it was easy to get around. The owner made the whole process extremely easy, and check-in was simple with the keys just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the building’s great facilities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and secure parking. It really felt like a home away from home. Would happily stay again!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment was a great size, very beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and rooftop garden - what a view! The location was perfect for us and Ikigai was a very helpful and attentive host. This apartment really made our Melbourne stay perfect!

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

We collected the key from the cleaners property. James place is situated next to the Yarra river with plenty of walks with lots to see and really great places to eat, some with views of the river. We were lucky as the comedy festival was on and access to the city was easy with the myki card which we topped up at the train stations Will definitely stay again next year.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. We would gladly stay at Amanda's place again on our next journey to Melbourne. Steven and Lisa
