Beautiful apartment, close to the top floor with a nice open balcony to view everything from left to right of the beach! The apartment has everything you need for day-to-day things whether it’s short term or long-term I would gladly come back!

Me encanto el lugar, es muy bonito, privado y con hermosa vista a la playa! El condo es grande, comodo, y hermoso, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y sentirte en casa, no habia mucha gente en los condos los dias q nos quedamos asi q estuvimos super y tranquilo. Dustin fue muy amable y respondia a todo. Todas las albercas y jacuzzi funcionan, hay un gym y un restaurant saliendo del condo, muy lindas y relajantes vacaciones.

Lidia’s apartment is stunning—far better than the pictures show! Falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves was an unforgettable experience. Luis made it easy for us to check in on our last minute trip into Rosarito. We arrived at the apartment at 12:30 am from Las Vegas . The keypad entrance was convenient . The view in the morning was nice while I drank my coffee on the balcony. Wi-Fi worked so i was able to use my phone/apps without having any issues. Small Guard station is just 50 ft from apartment ( 24hr guard posted up ) . We had the whole building to ourselves so it nice and quiet. Sure felt good to get away from the heat. We will return again. Thanks

Had a great time with my wife for a nice getaway. Place was really nice and close to good places to eat. Pools and grounds were nice. Plenty of space to relax. Will def book again.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and luxurious, modern decor. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets while listening to the waves. The building itself was secure, well-maintained, and had fantastic amenities, including a gorgeous pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. The location was ideal—just minutes from amazing restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Rosarito, this is it! Highly recommend!

Oh wow, the pictures do not do this place justice! First, the unit was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. You can tell Kevin & Kendra love and take great care of their space! The view was outstanding - nothing beats waking up to the ocean. The property was quiet (we traveled for NYE) and security was very helpful. Thanks again Kevin & Kendra. We will absolutely be back!

Had a great time and accommodations and scenery were spectacular. Place was real reasonable, and the food was amazing when you hit the town.

We just returned from the most amazing stay in Rosarito, and I honestly don’t even want to share this spot—it’s that good! My family and I stayed in a stunning condo that exceeded all expectations. The view alone was worth the trip—absolutely breathtaking. The condo was spotless and felt like a brand-new home. Everything was modern, yet still had that warm, charming vibe. The bathrooms were beautiful, and every detail had clearly been thought through. We didn’t need to bring anything extra—everything we needed was already there, which made packing and relaxing so much easier. The gated community added a huge sense of peace and security, knowing only guests could enter. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tubs daily—and the highlight for them was making a little friend…a sea lion! Yes, really. This place really felt like a dream getaway. We’ll definitely be returning (and secretly hoping no one else finds out about it!).

At first Luis wasn’t responding much but once the day arrived he was extremely helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Location is good and felt safe in a gated community. Every room had a bathroom the rooms are big and lots of space. Parking in front of the house was available no issues.

Todo estuvo excelente, Letuanny estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. La casa es súper cómoda, amplia, muy agradable patio trasero y terraza. Quedamos encantados. En definitiva. la sentímos en casa.

Stayed at Raul’s for Baja Beach Fest 2024 with my friends and he was a great host. He sent me restaurant recommendations, connected my large group with a taxi van for all three days (ask for Ramon taxi van, he kindly picked us up at 3:00-4:00am and accommodated my large group) who was also great and responsive. Location was close to the festival, convenient, secure, and easy to get in and out without having to rely on a key or one person as our group would get home at various times. Would highly recommend staying with him for Baja Beach Fest 2025 if you have a large party!

Fabulous location and update vicinities. Kassandra was super helpful and communicative. Very safe neighborhood although under construction.

I love that it was in a private community, it felt very safe. You are super close to papas and beers, so there’s a lot to do near by. The home was beautiful and fit ALL my family comfortably. Only complain I would have is that the restroom on the second floor, the water in the shower doesn’t go down the drain fast enough so the water would overflow quickly and it spread into the living room and master bedroom. Thankfully there were plenty of other restrooms with showers that we were able to share. The rooftop was our favorite part. Very beautiful and spacious! I would definitely come back.

Very nice home, very clean! Can easily accommodate 13 guests. Enough restrooms for large groups. Large groups can get ready for a night out without having to waste much time waiting for a shower. Very safe and private area. Would definitely book this place again.

Love the environment, everyone was friendly and very peaceful neighborhood. The house was in great condition and lots of spices if you would want to make food for your stay. Francisco was understanding and answered your questions quick

We absolutely loved our stay at Yvette’s home. The home is in a gated neighborhood so we felt safe and comfortable. If you’re interested in going somewhere at night but don’t want to drive, the gate security has trusted taxis that will drop you off and pick you up at your preferred. This was so nice as it gave us a chance to go out and enjoy ourselves!
