Excelente departamento, muy lindo y completo. Sin dudas, si volvemos a Playa del Carmen, elegiremos este departamento.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. Thank you Sergio, Doug, and team!

We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Muy cómodo alojamiento, a dos cuadras de la quinta avenida y supermercados. Claudio muy atento a todas las necesidades. El entorno muy tranquilo, buena piscina. Muy recomendable para viajes en pareja o con niños.

El lugar muy cómodo y limpio, la ubicación es excelente, tiene una playa muy bonita. La alberca está muy bonita con una vista hermosa del mar. Amplio estacionamiento. Todo estuvo increible

Debo decir que todo el servicio fue excelente. Desde la comunicación fluida con Irais, la amabilidad de cada una de las recepcionista hasta la limpieza.

Fue la primera vez que nos hospedamos en un complejo por Airbnb y todo fue muy bueno. Algunos comentarios que quizás sirvan: el karaoke ni se escuchó durante nuestra estadía pudimos dormir sin problemas, el departamento es mucho más lindo de lo que se visualiza en las fotos, la ubicación es buena a menos que no te quieras caminar nada de nada, pero si no te molesta caminar es el indicado porque está a unas pocas cuadras de la 5ta avenida, terminal ADO, walmart, etc... y el servicio de lavandería cuesta 50 pesos mexicanos y te dejan usarlo por 3 horas tiene lavadora y secadora. La pileta solo la usamos una vez, pero es muy buena para aprovechar. Sin dudas seguiré utilizando está plataforma.

El lugar nos pareció increíble desde que llegamos, la atención del anfitrión siempre fue excelente, clara y con recomendaciones, nos ayudó en todo momento, y la casa súper cómoda, las almohadas y colchones eran perfectos para descansar luego de un día largo de tour, recomendados 100%

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

O espaço é excepcional, conforme descrito nas fotos. A comunicação com a Livna foi excelente. Nossa família se sentiu muito confortável na casa. Recomendo à todos!

Excelente propiedad para familia, no es tan accesible sin transporte privado. Adecuado para actividades cerca de la zona. La casa y el amueblado de primera, sugiero que se puede hacer más placentera la estancia si hay disponible detalles como café, té, aceite, avena, y sobre todo agua para que las personas huéspedes beban.

This airbnb has everything you need, great pool, rooms, a/c, very cute place. Would stay again

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Dan’s place was the perfect home to host our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We made such amazing memories during our stay. We especially loved the big round table for all of us to feast on the recommended chef’s cuisine. He arranged a fantastic trip to swim with the turtles and see the cenotes. Highly encourage everyone to experience this!

L’appartement est très bien situé. À distance de marche des plages et du centre ville. On était à seulement trois coins de rue de la 5eme avenue. L’appartement est très calme, la piscine très agréable et plusieurs restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

Excelente servicio, tuvimos un problema con la segunda chapa pero no hubo tema en repararla y de ahí todo bien, teníamos todo a la mano, la lavadora excelente que era un plus y el AC buenísimo, volvería aquí sin dudarlo

We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Location is perfect - a block from the beach clubs, a block from 5th Avenue. The pool was great and the property manager super responsive. Very family-friendly condo complex and the unit itself was nicely stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

L’appartement est dans un des coins, donc vis à vis restreint. Balcon/terrasse très agréable au niveau du salon/salle à manger. Vue sur intérieur avec la piscine. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est également très sympathique. Nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille!!! Bref apparemment très bien conçu, bien aménagé, bien équipé et conforme aux photos et descriptions. Nos hôtes ont également été impeccables avant et pendant le séjour!
