A due passi dalla ciclabile e dall'inizio della pineta Catucci l'abitazione è dotata di tutti i comfort e delle comodità necessarie per una piacevole vacanza. Vi è inoltre la possibilità di usufruire di un posto auto privato all'interno dell'area condominiale e di utilizzare delle bici convenzionate su richiesta con la struttura.

I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).

The flat is in the 1st floor (one above ground) in a 3 storey building with no lift.
