I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Wunderschönes Bothy an toller, sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Entspannung im Whirlpool bei wunderbarer Aussicht war super. Das Bothy ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Handtücher extra flauschig. Laura ging auf Wünsche unkompliziert ein und half bei Fragen gerne weiter. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir hatten überaus schöne und erholsame Ferien und kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing week at Nether Glenny! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and endless opportunities for walking right from the cottage. Alison was extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful local area. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

Just home from a few days at The Firze and we had a fantastic, chilled out time as a family of 7 with 2 dogs. House is beautiful, spacious, clean, super comfy beds and well kitted out, a home from home. The surroundings are so peaceful with gorgeous views from the garden which we also enjoyed while sitting relaxing in the hot tub which was a huge hit with our 3 teens! Lovely walk nearby with the dogs and 3 of us took a tour around the local distillery which was really good. Would highly recommend and would def book again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful family weekend here. The accommodation was perfect, great garden for kids to run around in, hot tub was fantastic and the place worked perfectly for our family get together. The beds were super comfy and the kids loved the games room! A wonderful house, clean, spacious and well appointed. We all loved it! Would definitely come back again.

Maggie’s cottage in Dunning is a true gem. The place is beautifully set up, with a cosy but clean feel. The garden and retro hot tub add another dimension and make this an unforgettable stay. We will be back! Thanks a lot

A great place to stay in Callander. It is on the main road but isn't noisy, very handily right across from Tesco and 30 seconds round the back is access to the river (good for dog walking). We did drive past the parking spot at first but having a place to put the car is great. 8 minute drive to the bottom of Ben Ledi walk - which I would recommend. Very comfortable space big enough for 2 and a dog, had pans/knives/boards etc. Also had salt/pepper/oil which is helpful. Emma was responsive and kindly let us check out flexibly as noone else had booked in.

The house has everything you could ever need for you’re stay plenty of space for everyone and the terrace and garden were amazing to sit out in the sun and the fully enclosed garden gives you peace of mind when taking dogs and kids. Would definitely recommend!!

What an incredible getaway from the world! Very idyllic, country living. The home felt super cosy and homely. Eggs from the chickens and marmalade in the kitchen waiting for our arrival was a lovely touch! Beds were all very comfortable and we all had great night sleep each night. Marianne was a great host and was very proactive in her communication. The instructions to get to the property were spot on and easy to follow. The property is beautiful and as described. It has everything you could possibly want for a short or long stay. Gorgeous surroundings and we found ourselves watching the farm animals far more than watching the tv. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

This was our second stay. It was equally fantastic this time. We loved the house and found it ideal for our group (6 adults). We cooked most of the time and found the kitchen well equipped and comfortable too. The living room is large and great for evening entertainment. We walked on the estate, in the nearby hills and visited the local towns (Comrie, Crieff). Our host was quick and friendly with useful advice. All in all - highly recommended 😄

This was a perfect quiet getaway with a beautiful view, and nice/convenient kitchen and laundry amenities. Bed had a heating mattress which was nice too. It got a bit cold even with radiators, but maybe we were using them wrong… Google Maps routed us incorrectly and getting there at night it was hard to follow Jill’s given instructions, but the instructions were clear. Overall very happy with the place and its amazing value! Look forward to staying again!

Rock Cottage is absolutely stunning, peaceful, and in a fabulous location ! Not only did the cottage feel like home, but Guy and Jeanette went out of their way to ensure a lovely, comfy stay. I will be renting from them again, as this is my new favorite place !

A gorgeous place to stay, really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return in summer time! Should be made aware of the road to the cottage as it’s made for bigger cars on a dirt road. Our smaller cars scraped along, could damage underneath car and not great for your tyres but apart from that it was excellent. We were able to get a late check out which was appreciated as with late check-in and early check-out you only really get 1 full day if staying for the weekend. Lovely hosts and very spacious cottages😁would happily return!

We had a lovely two night stay - easy to find, clean cottage, wonderful grounds to explore, lots of great tips from Andrew in terms of things to look out for in the grounds, loved finding the wishing well! The cocker spaniel puppy was a lovely surprise bonus!

10/10 Stay! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Sir Stuart’s house. Everything was perfect from start to finish—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable for the whole family. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond by giving us a personal tour of Fingask, which was a real highlight of the trip. We all loved it so much that we’re already looking at dates to return once the weather warms up. Highly recommend!

This is a super place to stay . Modern and tasteful in a beautiful historic building, right on the riverside. It is super clean, very comfortable beds, plenty big soft towels . It feels like a home from home as Anthony has put so much thought and care into making the apartment so welcoming .

Absolutely fantastic stay, the grounds are sublime and the icing on the cake is the ‘Games Room’!
