My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

One of the most unique Airbnb places we've stayed in. The apartment has a lot of stairs, but climbing up them is well worth the effort! It is situated on the top floor of an old bank. It's been renovated to be bright and modern with an open concept. The high ceilings and large windows, makes the place airy and bright. Beds were comfortable. A full kitchen had everything needed. Lots of hot water-pressure great. Extra bonuses - a balcony off the back of the apartment overlooks the Manistee River and there's a vintage movie theater just across the street. The river is a freighter channel with drawbridges! You can check in advance to see when ships will pass and if you are lucky, you may see one. The Vouge theater seems to show one new movie, a classic movie, and an indy type movie. The rest of the neighborhood is all 19th century/early 20th century buildings - pubs, coffee shops, a restaurant, antique shops, etc. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only 50 mins away. Everything was great, nice appliances and kitchen equipment. Bed was super comfortable. Very nicely furnished. Really wonderful property and location. Ronda and Brian were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely select it again.

Kristen's downtown bungalow in GR was a perfect set up for our family with 5 adults, 2 children and 2 pets. So wonderful that they allowed our furry family to join us! That can be hard to find! The location was only blocks from downtown and made for easy access to all the restaurants, bars and events we were attending. The bungalow, was so cute and very clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was an easy simple process and minimal to do's before we left. Kristen checked in with us often to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. Our family had a wonderful weekend in GR and many thanks to our hosts for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful City.

Very clean space in a quiet neighborhood. We were thankful for the laundry, as our clothes for unexpectedly wet during our adventures!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back! We love the location and how close everything is especially the brewery right next door! Dan was very responsive and a great host!

This was my second time staying here and it was fantastic. Very quiet and calm place and easy check in. I was able to sit out on the deck this time and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend for short term or long term stays.

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

we had a great time. nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed, lots of seating for everyone to hangout together, amazing decor (we had a fun time looking at everything), comfortable beds, tvs in every room. we had a very nice stay.

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

Host was a good and quick communicator. House is much more impressive inside than out. We had 5 family members staying there and 4 more who joined us for a celebration during the day. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds very comfortable. Spacious kitchen. Very clean. Would stay there again.

Great place for a girls getaway. We enjoyed our time there with access to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend for a quiet location with everything you need.

We had an absolute blast staying at "In The Woods"! It exceeded all our expectations—honestly, the pictures don’t quite capture how amazing it is. The property offered perfect privacy, and both the interior and exterior were fantastic. Just a quick heads-up for anyone towing a trailer: the dirt roads leading in can be a bit bumpy and slow. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Absolutely the perfect place to find your inner peace and re-energize! The Nest is exactly that. It is so warm, comfortable and secure that it just so serene. The view is almost undesirable as it took my breath away and brought happy tears to my eyes. As a 60 year old mom of 2 amazing kiddos 11 and 9 who are both Neurodivergent it was the best medicine for my heart and soul. We will be back hopefully many times as both of my kiddos felt right at home. My husband as well was in awe of this Treasure I was able to find. Thank you Charlie and Suzy for allowing our little family enjoy something that never would have imagine as possible for us. it was heaven on earth.

We had an amazing stay here over New Year’s Eve! It was the perfect location and we felt right at home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All of the appliances as well as the washer and dryer were clean and the extra blankets and linens were great to have on extra cold nights! We are local to the area and wanted to stay close to downtown. This is definitely a condo we will rent again in the future. We did have a few questions during our stay and they were really quick at responding and very friendly. The condo overall felt very much like home and had lots of extra comforts such as pillows, blankets, board games etc and didn’t at all feel like a bare bones kind of Air B &B. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for a few nights!

The condo is exactly as described and has everything needed to enjoy the time there. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area again.
