It is also close to Robinsons Mall, & Public Market 6 mins ride . Public transport going to downtown area is very accessible and available 24/7.

The house is newly build just finish today 28/04/21 with second floor and has four rooms including maids room from ground floor and very elegant looking kitchen with brand new oven, microwave, cooktop and mini Bar with two bar stool. It has a very elegant looking and modern strip light that you can change into deferent colour and the place is very quite and has lots of CCTV from all the street and has a very strict security guard from the entrance gate.
