We were torn between booking a 5-star hotel and this Airbnb — and we’re so glad we chose the apartment! The view of the downtown skyline was absolutely epic, and the price was the same as the hotel, but this felt way more unique and personal. It has full frontal view of Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain, we had a first row seat to watch the shows. Adel, the unit manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful — especially during check-in and checkout. We had a dedicated parking spot in the shade, which made things super convenient. The swimming pool was a highlight, and we absolutely loved it. Plus, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are few minutes walk with tons of shopping/eating options. Overall, an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

One of my favourite Airbnb stays! Soha and Charbel are fantastic hosts - super friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. The apartment itself is lovely: the bed is really comfortable, the pool and gym are great, and the whole space is just easy to relax in. It’s in a brilliant location too - just a short walk to the metro, around 25 minutes to Marina Mall on foot, and surrounded by loads of great restaurants that are within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in JLT!

Great location and place exceeded the pics loved it would stay again

appartement spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire machine a café expresso, machine a laver, grille pain, mixeur, tout les ustensiles nécessaire et inimaginable. la piscine ouvert jusqu'à 22h, propre avec une vue sur le burj et la petite marina (exceptionnelle). cette étage dispose d'un jacuzzi peu fréquenté, une salle de sport, hammam, sauna. Très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du burj khalifa et du Dubaï mall. il y a une supérette ouverte 24/24 au pied de l'immeuble, vous pouvezacheterune glace ou un paquet de cigarette a 4h du matin. L'hôte est au petit soin soucieux de notre bien être, très réactif et qui vient aux nouvelles. je recommande sans hésiter, j'aurais aimé y habiter, je suis chanceux d'avoir eu la bonne pioche. et si je devais y retourner je reprendrai le même, super expérience. I come to Dubai often and David was a fantastic host. Always helpful and responsive. I really felt at home and quickly. Apartment is cute, spotless & has everything you need. Housekeeping also do a fantastic job. Fresh linen once a week and towels is also a great touch. I’ll be coming back again soon!

الموقع يوفر الموقع وصول سلس لجميع اطراف المدينة والمواقع المهمه كما انه هادئ ومحمي من صخب المدينة المسكن النظافة: فوق الممتاز وكأني أول ساكن التأثيث: جميع المسلتزمات متوفرة كما أن ذوق نادية واختياراتها في الاثاث تعطي ميزة اضافية الشرفة: كنت اقضي معظم وقتي فيها حيث توفر مكان مميز للاسترخاء والعمل كذلك الحمام: لقد استمتعت جداً بالدش الدافئ والقوي لدرجة اني كنت استحم خمس مرات في اليوم 😊 المضيف: نادية شخص ودود ومهذب واستباقي كانت توفر لي المعلومة قبل سؤالي عنها وسريعة في الاستجابة المضيف المميز يجعل تجربة السكن مميزة نادية استثنائية وجعلت تجربتي مميزة بحق شكراً نادية ،، اتمنى ان يكون الجميع مثلك او على الاقل قريب من مستوى احترافيتك 🌹🌹
