Fully Equipped Kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Induction, Fridge Dispenser Ice, Dishwasher, Nespresso) TV 4K sony, SONOS audio system, very high speed internet , NETFLIX Washing machine, dryer The residence is located 3 minutes walk from the seaside. The residence has a magnificent 20meters long swimming pool. The residence also has a beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room with latest generation of training equipment. At 3mn walk from the residence, the park VAIPOOPOO offers a recreation area for children, typical food places called "Roulottes". PAPEETE, the capital is accessible by car in 10 minutes by the RDO. A 24/24 supermarket open 7/7 is also available within 10 minutes walk. Marina Taina with its restaurants and diving clubs is 10 minutes walk. Décoré avec goût, il offre une cuisine équipée et ouverte sur un séjour lumineux, une buanderie dotée d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche linge, un wc indépendant et deux chambres disposant chacune de sa salle de bain privative. Le logement est entièrement climatisé. Vous serez émerveillés par cette vue imprenable sur le lagon de Tahiti et l’île de Moorea.

Dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, nous proposons un studio indépendant situé dans notre propriété, avec salle de bain et WC privés. Il est équipé d'une kitchenette et d'un coin bureau et donne sur une terrasse privative. L'accès au logement passe par 2 escaliers. Les voyageurs ont à leur disposition exclusive une terrasse un sun-deck avec transats et un jacuzzi. La musique à l'extérieur n'est pas autorisée. Logement strictement non fumeur, intérieur et extérieur. Pas d'enfants, ni bébé.
