Yiannis's beautiful home has all the comforts for staying in: fresh linen, fluffy towels (it's the little things), usable outdoor spaces, Smart TV, the Risk boardgame (which the kids LOVED). And when you want to venture out, it's an easy 1.5km walk down to Bondi, or you can visit one of the many local restaurants, or grab a very good coffee from Oh Brians cafe just down the road (being from Melbourne we're VERY picky about our coffee 😆). The home was clean and exactly as described in the photos. Yiannis' communication was clear and honest, and he made us feel very welcomed. We hope to visit again in the future. Highly recommended

A wonderful stay! Super homey and spotlessly clean, plus just a few minutes walk to a really nice beach!! A great location away from the city bustle of Sydney, but close enough to visit to see the attractions and shop. Linda was very accommodating and communicative. We had a small issue with the fridge (not to the fault of the host) and her and her husband were very attentive, responsive and willing to remedy the situation. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, peaceful beach getaway with some tourist visits to Sydney sprinkled in!

So comfortable & host Yanping so lovely & accommodating I can't recommend highly enough! So well appointed, tastefully decorated making it warm & inviting with beautiful pool & relaxing outdoor area with comfortable seating & BBQ, fantastic kitchen with everything a family/group could need, very comfortable big couch in lounge with free Netflix, full laundry, lovely bedrooms & bathrooms with everything clean & well presented. Very large so plenty of space, full of natural light upstairs & down, & A/C works well keeping the house at a comfortable temperature (also lovely fireplace but didn't need that during summer). The neighbourhood is peaceful as it's very quiet & people are friendly. I chose this airbnb as it allowed dogs & my dog needed open heart surgery at VSOS conveniently located close by, as were shopping centre, restaurants & cafes & the beach. Yanping was so understanding ensuring we had everything we needed & my dog kept quiet so I will be ever grateful thank you so much :)

Chris's place was roomy, comfortable and very well equipped, especially things for kids! We liked not having to bring anything but our clothes and food. There were even coffee beans in the coffee maker!!. Short walk to the nearest beach, and slightly longer one to cafes, shops and another beach made the location ideal. Chris made us feel welcome and was generous with extended check in and check out times. We can thoroughly recommend Jibbon Beach House.

The property more than met our expectations - immaculate, well provisioned (over and above other properties we have stayed at), better than the pictures and the location was an absolutely perfect for our base for our week long stay, 2 minutes from Bondi Junction and 20 minutes from Bondi Beach. Tina made sure we knew she was there and available if we needed her, we didn't actually but nice to know she was always available.

Family of 5 + 2 furry ones stayed for a long weekend. Beautiful location and uninterrupted views across the water, was nice just to stay in and enjoy the ambience. However we did venture out and it was so well positioned, close to town, walking tracks, beaches but still quiet and peaceful. Only noise to be heard is the crashing of the waves! Would recommend and stay again.

John was so friendly and helpful from booking throughout our stay. He was always available when we needed him and sorted any problems we had very quickly. He gave us great recommendations about public transport and local coffee shops, beach walks and local attractions. His house and pool were in a great location for us as we were visiting family. John lives in the house and had moved out for our stay, so there were a lot of personal items around his home. The pool was a lovely extra, however it turned out to be hard work! It had to be cleared of debris every day due to the surrounding greenery and while we were told someone would attend the pool at least once a week, we had two visits in 4 weeks only to top up PH decreaser and possibly chlorine? The “donger”/ pool hoover seemed useless and went round in circles most of the time. The pool was grubby by the end of our trip with mould/algae around the steps at the far end and we had no idea how to clean or reverse this. Great holiday!

I was apprehensive on first seeing the house from the street, it looked so small. But it turned out to be like Dr Who's TARDIS. Huge on the inside and plenty of room for the 5 of us. There was plenty of room for chilling together and to escape to another room for some peace. There was a hair dryer and a straightener in the house, which my partner was happy to see and could have saved taking hers. One criticism that I could think of is that it's on the flight path so passing jets can be noisy. The pool was still up for us (late Feb/early March) and it was very welcoming for the hot humid weather we had. Liz was a great host and very responsive. Happy to visit to clean the pool. She also reminded us of the bin day.

If you looking for a peaceful and quiet stay, this is the place, didn’t get bothered by anyone or anything, the beach being a walk away was so convenient for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful scenery around. Always able to hear the birds sing and the sound of the rain, definitely what I was looking for, away from the city, but at easy reach.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Vaucluse. The location is perfect for exploring Sydney, with a bus stop right outside the door and iconic sights within easy reach. It’s also ideal for families—Parsley Bay is just a short walk away, and our kids loved it. We also enjoyed walks up to Watsons Bay for beautiful sunset photos and pizzas at Watsons Bay Hotel. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything we needed, and Shane went above and beyond by providing an infant cot and high chair. Communication was excellent—Shane was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next stay!

By the pictures you can directly see that this is a special place. But what makes it even more special is the hospitality Petrit is offering. He definitely knows how to make you feel welcomed in his home.

Kristine’s Airbnb is in a really great location and beautiful setting that allows guests to experience true Sydney living. We had a really enjoyable and peaceful stay and next time will most definitely consider rebooking for a longer stay! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

A great place to stay in Sydney, location wise its a close walk to the bus and train station and Bankstown shopping centre. The apartment was overall clean and presented well and the view from the balcony is also great. Huyen was great and super responsive to all questions.

Great location close to Darling Harbour. Beautiful views on the short walk and you’re there. Perfect for weekend stays or longer. Great communication and friendly host was very helpful with our needs

We had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach or a supermarket. It's also an easy 15 minutes to the main shopping area for a busier evening when wanted. There is an excellent dining/living room space which is larger than suggested in the photos. Overall we thoroughly recommend this listing.

Excellent hosts and first class accommodation. Felicia and Murray’s apartment has everything you need and more. Close to Rushcutters Bay and within easy walking distance to many eateries, coffee shops and supermarkets. Convenient for all forms of transport and a lovely walk into the Botanical Gardens. This is our second stay here and will be our first choice on our return.
