We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was immaculate, great location in the middle of hamilton. Had everything we needed as a family of 4, we weren't around much as we were visiting friends but it was warm, clean and comfortable, definitely recommend if travelling to hamilton!

One of the comfiest Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! The place was exactly as pictured — modern, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the umbrellas (both big and small!) and the dehumidifier, which made indoor laundry drying a breeze. Parking was super easy and convenient. You can even see your spot from the living room. Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. The location was perfect for day trips to places like Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, and Rotorua. Highly recommend for anyone exploring the area!

Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Belinda’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was excellent for easy access to the wharf and the village. Beautiful views off the deck!

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Fabulous traditional Bach, light, airy and spacious. Lovely to sit on the deck in the morning and watch the sunrise. Walking distance to Raglan….. lots of great places for a coffee or food. Nice walk from the house along the estuary at low tide. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Dee's place was an awesome AirBnB, probably the best one I've experienced in New Zealand. It had pretty much everything a traveler could want, from cornflakes to a trampoline. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and well-heated. Dee also put in a lot of effort into creating a digital guidebook so guests can get any information about the house/area easily. 10/10!!

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

This home is absolutely stunning and came fully equipped with all the essential amenities we needed. The space was ideal for our whanau, providing both comfort and practicality. Everything was immaculate, with a sparkling clean finish that made our stay even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Craig!

Stayed for a night at Aleanna's place in Hamilton. Instructions were easy to understand, we had no problems finding our way in and about the house. It was also nice and clean and had everything we needed Also appreciate the kids toys that were available and the small home baked cookies. I did have to pay a small refundable bond fee given i had no reviews myself but it was definitely worth it Definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

We had a great stay, the place was beautifully clean which as a small group of friends we really appreciated. The place was very cosy and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic!
