The apartment was cozy and a perfect fit for my families little trip! Sari was the best and the water in the fridge was just what we needed after our busy days of running around! I would stay again 100 times over!

The Bunkhaus is a definite 10/10. The entire space, including the outside, was well taken care of, clean and very welcoming. Appreciated the attention to detail with the decor, as well as bathroom toiletries and kitchen snacks. Esther was super responsive and clear in instructions. I left a necklace behind and she has been so nice to mail it to me! Recommend for sure!

I reserved a room in the Bunkhaus, but upon arrival had trouble accessing the room. I texted Esther and she was there in MINUTES to help me. And once we got into the room, it was clear that something was wrong with the air conditioning, because it was 82F in the apartment! Esther didn't miss a beat. She offered me a re-location to a loft space in a hotel on the same block that she knows well and has a relationship with. She arranged for the new room quickly, walked me over there to get me settled, and checked on me later through the AirBnB messenger app to make sure all was satisfactory. The loft was beautiful and perfect for my stay. Thank you, Esther, for making sure my trip wasn't interrupted by the door lock situation OR the heating/cooling situation! I appreciate your care and dedication.

This is my go to when I’m Medina. Lots of space, clean, and we can walk almost anywhere. Andrew is always accommodating and easy to reach. You won’t regret booking the loft.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! Brooke was terrific! The two dogs were an added bonus. The location couldn’t have been better. If they had a sixth star I’d give it. Jeff

I would recommend this place. The lake is literally just yards away and the firepit by the rocks was a great place to sit and spend an evening. The sunsets were fantastic. The lot on the right is taken care of by empty and the lot on the left has a beautiful home that is not right up against this place. The point being that we felt like we had a private space. Both "neighbors" encouraged us to use their firewood -- no promises that they will do that for everyone, but it shows how friendly everyone was. We had 4 people there, but could easily see comfortably having 6. The lighthouse that is a mile away is well worth the $1 entry. The kayak rental that Lucille suggested was extremely good. Medina is just 20 minutes south if you are looking for a good dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet with just a few little things to go do.

Great location and the house was exactly as listed. I will definitely be booking again in the future!!

We spent a great weekend at Natasha’s place. We were in town for a family event and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group.

Lovely home and very communicative host. Easy check in and out. Google maps places you a little around the corner - otherwise easy to find. Was short drive to Gallagher house where we attended a wedding. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Very happy with this place and would stay there again. Hosts communicated well with us and were great as well.

My sister and I take an annual 'rest and relaxation' vacation together every year. We decided to stay closer to home this year and enjoy Lake Ontario. It was wonderful. We loved the quiet, the peacefulness, the water (in many conditions), the bird watching and the comfort of the cottage. We took one day trip but otherwise, we stayed put. We would definitely go again.

Maureen was proactive in giving us recommended many restaurants and venues prior to our arrival and when we arrived there were tons more. She and Darcy were very friendly and attentive. We looked forward to waking up and having our coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and the sunsets were to die for!
