The bus line runs up First Ave for easy access to Downtown and Uptown. Near trolley and train station. We are within 10 minutes to the San Diego International Airport and a quick Uber ride to Downtown, Little Italy. Walk to the heart of Hillcrest, Balboa Park and the Zoo. Be at the beach in less then 15 minutes. Central location near the I-5, I-163 & I-8. Because of the hardwood floors, you will hear the footsteps above. This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. Best Location!!! Walk to all! Take the trolley, Uber! & optional -one parking space. Please read the reviews! You'll love it too! It's Central & well furnished & a fully equipped kitchen. The Casita is a roomy, bright & comfortable duplex with a large lighted private patio/BBQ. Transit Center is a 6 minute walk, where you can pickup the city MTS trolley, or trains.
