I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

Ideal spot for a very relaxed couple of days with friends. The house is spacious, comfortable and excellently equipped for young families. We loved being able to walk to the local park and pub, both a short stroll through the pretty village. The generous garden and friendly ponies at the end of the lane were both big bonuses for us! Claire was great at answering our questions and sent very helpful info ahead of our stay. We’d definitely stay again.

An excellent place to say and great communication from Cara. On-site parking made arrival and unloading really easy, and it's a relatively short walk into East Leake centre where there are plenty of amenities.

Tucked away in the embrace of the countryside, this Birds’ Nest is nothing short of a dream. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the soothing sounds of birdsong, the rhythmic tap of a woodpecker, and the view across the fields where lambs played . Mark, ever dedicated to his home, was mowing the extensive lawn, before walking the dogs across the fields. Meanwhile, Sarah welcomed us and guided us through the mudroom to the Bird’s Nest, which exudes both tranquility and spaciousness--but it was the view that most caught our eye. This place brims with authenticity, outdoorness, and space. If you’re lucky, you might see a fox or a hang glider. Our visit here was not simply a stay, but an experience: one of peace, comfort, and timelessness.

Bijou apartment in a beautiful setting. Amazing rural views. Very quiet & peaceful. Very well equipped apartment including kitchen appliances, cleaning, ironing… more things than we needed!! We stayed for only one night as a base for a bit of parkrun tourism and on our way to visit our son, it was perfect for what we needed. Slept really well!

This is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at. The location and the apartment are amazing. private , very clean and an amazing host. We stayed here for a few days after a very long journey and felt right at home. Kids were very happy. Place is quiet and private. Great location. Thank you Kam for being a great host.

We loved our stay, in a cute little village close by to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, a fresh bakery/deli, and shops! The apartment is really cosy and we didn't want to leave. Plus the bed was super comfortable. Steve was really accommodating and allowed us to check out a little later too!

My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

A pristine apartment in an ideal location for exploring Coventry. Safe easy access car parking on site. Well equipped with plenty of space and even a balcony. A clear video gave exact easy to follow instructions for access and Ana was very supportive when messaging when we found it difficult to locate on arrival. V convenient local shops for breakfast goods. We would happily come back to explore Coventry more.

We stayed in Corby for a swim competition. Clare’s place was exactly what we needed. It was really clean and modern, really well equipped and had some lovely thoughtful touches like pillow spray, a sweet jar and lots of towels. Thank you

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Tims place is ideal if you’re in the area and need somewhere nice and quiet to stay. I am back there in 2 weeks time

+ On the positive side, as with other Mihir's apartments, its very clean, perfectly well equipped, modern, comfortable. We enjoyed the nice TV set with subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen is amazing and complimentary coffee and others treats were much appreciated. The 2 bedrooms are clean with quality sheets and mattresses. The bathrooms are just perfect. Arrival is in full autonomy with clear instructions provided. Congratulations to Mihir for his dedication to being a great host providing a comfortable experience to his guests - As mentioned in the description, the neighbourhood is not very nice (dark alleys, pigeons everywhere, seemingly abandoned buildings). On top of that there happened to be big construction works next door and it was very noisy on Monday and Tuesday, beginning at 7:30AM

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.
