There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and all rooms have TV. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. No houses behind property.

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads.
