The flat is very central, and nearby everything we wanted to see and do in Novi Sad, as well as a ton of good bars and restaurants. It has a lovely view of the church, and felt secure, clean, and comfortable - the perfect place to relax and take a break from exploring. Natasa and her partner were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Natasa even sent us messages to recommend places to eat and make sure we were enjoying our stay. I thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Novi Sad.

Фантастическое жилье, потрясающий дизайн, свет, внимание к деталям. Прекрасный уютный район у подножия крепости. Жилье с первой минуты произвело отличное впечатление. Очень приятно чувствовать заботу хозяев, которая окутывает вас в каждом уголке квартиры. С удовольствием вернусь!!

I received a very warm and friendly welcoming. The apartment was lovely and cosy. The location is near the city center and there are several shops in near surroundings. the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and there is a living room with a sofa which I think that can also become an extra bed. The kitchen was very clean and equipped as per description. The bathroom clean and tidy with shower. Should you arrive by car, there is a private parking space included. Many thanks to Alexandar who was very friendly and helpful upon my arrival and caring during my stay!

Kao i prethodni put, sve je bilo odlično. Svaki put kad se vraćam u Novi Sad, biram smeštaj kod Sergeja, pošto je očigledno i higijena i dobra lokacija i jasne instrukcije - zagarantovano. :)

We can’t say enough about how friendly and welcoming both Nada and her husband were to us. They were very responsive to all of our questions. The apartment is both clean and cozy and basic amenities are available. We were able to walk to the fortress where we enjoyed an amazing sunset and into town. Transit is within 10 mins and there is a grocery store nearby as well as several restaurants. If you have questions about how anything works in the unit, both Nada and her husband are very quick to respond and help you out. We definitely recommend staying here!

This is exactly what Air B&B should be- home . Dubravka is excellent host who is highly responsive and polite. She left a home to us with all amenities you can and cant imagine- from fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and if anything was needed additionally this is taken care of by her lovely mom. Terrasse is beutiful with nice setting, whole house is spatious, very nice style, tv with netflix etc, wifi excellent- we were working from home so very important, cleaning spotless. You need a car for sure however small stores are walkable distance. We appreciate your hospitality and we would be back. Thank you!

The place was great and according to pictures. The host really facilitate our check-in and welcomed us with home-made cake!! The place is spacious, calm and with an excellent view. We definitely recommend this place.

Our family thanks the owners of this beautiful home from the bottom of our hearts! From the very beginning of our stay in this house we never left the feeling that we were at a relative's home! Wonderful hosts! Wonderful house! Very, very cozy and quiet! We with a small child was very comfortable! My wife is a landscape architect by profession and she noticed how lovingly done everything in this house and on its territory. But the main thing is the people! People with a big heart and very interesting life experience! We are incredibly happy that you are the first people we met in Serbia! Thank you so much!

Imao sam veoma loše iskustvo kod prethodnih vlasnika koji su apartmane postavili na booking a nisu bili slobodni, a otkazivanje su stavili da se naplaćuje, naravno. Tako da veoma loše iskustvo u Novom Sadu. Što se Nataše tiče, sve pohvale! Odgovor na poruke je bio veoma brz, bez čekanja. Self check in, lako, brzo i jednostavno. Sve instrukcije dobijene istog trenutka. Smeštaj ima sve što je potrebno.

Illija’s place was a very nice and comfy little ground level unit in a good part of the city. It’s nice and quiet despite being so close to the city center. Illija was very kind and accommodating during my stay. I was here for a month and it was a very cozy little spot to be.

Мы с мужем остановились у Марко и Тамары второй раз. Нам очень нравится эта квартира! Очень уютно, прекрасный балкон, который можно закрыть, или оставить открытым. Очень радуют цветы, сразу чувствуешь себя, как дома. Всё необходимое есть в квартире. Очень ухоженная, чистая квартира. Видно, что о ней заботятся. Благодарим хозяев за чудесное времяпрепровождение! We recently had a fantastic stay at an Airbnb in central Novi Sad with our entire family, including kids and grandparents. The location couldn’t have been more perfect – right in the heart of the city and just a short stroll to the Strand, which made for great family outings by the water. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the fortress, especially at sunset. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was also well-equipped, and we appreciated the blend of modern conveniences with a cozy, family-friendly vibe. Having a central location made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Our grandparents loved the easy access, and the kids had plenty to keep them entertained. Overall, it was the ideal spot for a family trip – highly recommend for anyone visiting Novi Sad with a large group!
