My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. We had an amazing, peaceful time. It was very easy to get ahold of the host when needed and the space was clean and comfy. Would 1000% stay here again.

Very clean, mildly quiet, and very comfortable

This place lived up to our expectations—the location was fantastic, building amenities were spot on (excellent gym!), the kitchen was well stocked of you like to cook, it was easy to get our car in and out, and the pictures are a good representation of the place. Having a washer and dryer was super handy too.

I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). This was my 2nd time staying at Rick and Debra’s place and it was a stellar experience. Great location, comfortable room with everything you could need, and it’s near being off the grid with all the amenities of being on the grid. Rick is always fast to respond to questions. Great experience.

It is a nicely renovated home and had everything that was listed. Limited street parking was available but it is best to find a spot on the block just before you turn onto the street. The neighborhood was quiet all night and we had enough toiletries for the home. The shower was very cool and had a rainfall setting. We appreciate being hosted for the weekend. Thank you!

This was a quiet, cozy place for us to stay while staying in South Philadelphia. It was clean and comfortable, while being within walking distance to basic shopping. The hosts were easy to communicate with and instructions were clear. Would 10/10 stay again.

Cristina was a fantastic host with her husband. Always responsive and very willing to provide accommodations. They are very friendly while also providing ample space for privacy. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean, and the porch area is beautiful. It's a great spot for an evening dinner or card games. I would absolutely stay here again.

Thomas’s place is spacious and comfortable. There is room for the whole family! Great kitchen and wonderful rooftop. The beds are comfortable too. I highly recommend Thomas’s place.
