Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had such a lovely few days at this place - the location was incredible, right by the beach, great walks, as well as the shop, pub and playground in the village and great restaurants in the surrounding area. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

David was very responsive and helpful. Great little place in a convenient location, lots of stuff nearby. Be aware access to parking space really tight but doable unless you have a big car. Not a problem for me but might be for others!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

We loved our stay. Jean gave us good directions to the apartment. The road was very quite and only a 10 minute walk to the pier and to the shops.The apartment was lovely and warm, it had everything we needed, the large windows let in plenty of light, we enjoyed eating our breakfast looking over the garden .The apartment had been decorated to a high standard.The welcome basket was a lovely surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Michelle's apartment. It is so bright and airy, we loved the huge windows and the peaceful beautiful views. The apartment was extremely clean, the beds very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos, check in was extremely easy and Mark met us when we arrived. We requested a late check out and this was arranged within half an hour of asking, Michelle is extremely responsive to messages, and very friendly too. The grounds are gorgeous, lovely seating area in the garden, off road parking space too. The apartment is in a lovely area and easily walkable to Cromer beach through the woods next to the Country Club. We stayed a week and would have loved even longer! The only thing we would recommend would be curtains in the second bedroom as it gets very light through closed blinds in the morning. The location is ideal for Cromer and we also travelled by car a short distance to Blakely, Cley, Sandringham, Holt. Thanks Michelle x

We had a lovely stay at Anais's , a nice quiet location but very near to Southwold with lots of shops & restaurants & the beach. The bungalow was very spacious & well equipped for all our needs. Plenty of offroad parking too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.

La Cappanna was such a lovely little gem which we found and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend! The beach was only a two minute walk away and was so quiet and there was lots of public footpaths to explore and plenty to see and do within an hours drive away! Happisburgh lighthouse is beautiful! 🤩 As for the accommodation itself - it is much bigger than the pictures look and it has a really secure garden if you are wanting to bring your dog 🐾 - and a big plus that the beds are so comfy and the bed linen is lovely and fresh on arrival! - as well as a little goodie bag with treats for humans and dogs; a nice little touch that you don’t get in many places and made you feel right at home! We will be back one day and will highly recommend to friends and family! Thankyou so much again Tommy and Naomi ❤️

Clean, comfortable & well presented with everything that is required for good Airbnb. Lovely outdoor space, very peaceful. Easy access to Southwold - can recommend Mrs T's for fish & chips at the harbour ( rapeseed oil !)

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

We had a short break in Norfolk for our first time visit. The apartment is in a lovely tranquil spot on the bank of the River Bure. Just the perfect location for R&R with a sauna as a bonus and it’s only a very short stroll to local pub serving good food!

A very nice apartment with some lovely practical touches.Commication with the host was excellent and the advice provided was good. It was located a little out of Cambridge city for walking purposes but local transport was fine. Overall it was a very enjoyable couple of days.

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

Jemma’s apartment is incredible! I spent my anniversary with my partner here and it was perfect, a gorgeous place, and Jemma’s communication and instructions were extremely accessible to me as an autistic person too. A wonderful experience! Thank you Jemma! <3

What a find, this annexe! Very comfortable indeed! Close to Cambridge and some lovely estates (Anglesey Abbey, Tea Gardens Grantchester, etc). All amenities are provided, the bedroom and walk in dressing are a big size. Very comfortable bed. When the sun is out (and it was) the lovely garden is a great plus! Viv was always ready to help or give information when we needed it. Jams, butter, milk, coffee, tea, drinks etc were all provided. It felt like a home from home. We do hope to come again.

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!
