This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

We had a fantastic few days away in this house. there was plenty of space for two families of four and a dog. The enclosed garden and garden furniture were a great addition, especially as the weather was lovely while we were there. Would definitely book again in the future.

This house was in a great location for walking to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in Morpeth. It was also close to beaches and beautiful countryside. The property was very clean and tidy with its own garden and private parking which was ideal for our stay.

Amanda was a lovely host. She was very responsive and helpful when we messaged. The house is deceptively big and there's plenty of room to chill and get ready for busy days. It is very well stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment for if you decide to cook at home. The beds are all doubles and they're very comfy with tonnes of blankets to keep extra cosy if you like! The area is nice with a big beach. We did find that there isn't a great lot to do, so we found ourselves driving quite a lot but if you're a walker, it would be perfect with all the coastal paths. Diamond pizza is a fab place to get a quick bite after a long day so we would definitely recommend there if you're a fan of a mucky tea! If you're wanting to explore the Northumberland coast and find yourself in Bamburgh, we would definitely recommend Creel and Reel seafood trailer for som delicious locally sourced seafood! All in all we have had a wonderful stay with our dogs and found Amanda's place the perfect getaway!

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the host for letting us stay, your house is beautiful.

An outstanding location with the best views. Andy and Lyd were really nice and very helpful. The apartment felt homely, comfortable and warm. Ideal to return to after a long hike. Highly recommend. We plan to return.

we stayed in this lovely little house with our teenage son and our dog. The house is clean and cosy and lots of amenities. The beds were very comfy and had TVs in the rooms. Location was great very near the beach and a little shop to grab bits and bobs and also short walk to pubs across the road for food etc. We really liked the welcome pack which was very thoughtful. Thanks and would definitely stay here again.

Logement superbe et propre avec le petit plus de la terrasse! Quartier calme et très joli. Commerces à proximité et centre ville à 25min à pied. Simon est très sympa et super réactif. L'appart est cozy et bien équipé. Nous avons tous les trois beaucoup apprécié me logement et la situation.

Highly recommend. Walkable to old town and new town. Walkable to tram. Walkable to museums, castles, and the royal mile. Parking spot for those with car. Lots of food and pubs walkable. We especially liked Simply Greek. Very clean. Washer and Dryer and dishwasher all worked well. Lots of utensils and dishware. Beds were comfortable with good blinds in the rooms. Location was quiet.Margo was responsive to our questions and was flexible. Would definitely recommend this AirBNB.

Die Unterkunft von Jay war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, man erreicht das Zentrum zu Fuss und ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Arthur’s Seat. Der Aufstieg ist sehr zu empfehlen, man wird mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Gegend belohnt! Jay war sehr zuvorkommend, hat immer sofort geantwortet. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt.

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

The apartment is amazing , very clean and spacious with plenty room for 6 people and parking was easy even with 3 cars. It was great having two balconies with such nice views where we could sit out and relax. The kitchen was the best equipped we have stayed in, as was the rest of the apartment, Alex has thought of everything you could possibly need. Alex was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Hope to be back sometime and would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Gillian and Guy's place. We called when we got to the village and were given instructions on how to locate the property. Guy was already waiting for us and gave us a quick tour with all the information we needed. There was fresh flowers, easter eggs, prosecco, and a wee whiskey for us to enjoy. Decorated beautifully and well kitted out. The hottub is on all the time so we were able to get right on in and relax. The sofa was super comfy and the TV is huge, perfect for movie night. Will definitely be back

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

This place is a gem! A stunning location with epic sunsets and gorgeous lights from Dundee. The amenities were just as pictured and the gardens a delightful bonus. We wish we were there for a longer stay. Anne and Gus sent great directions and suggestions for our stay. We hope to return for a longer stay! A great value.

Had a wonderful night in Karen’s apartment at Lower Largo. The place is spacious and private, but also located nearby to a beautiful beach and town. Highly recommend!

Loved this stay, great location to everywhere we wanted to go and comfortable space to hang out in the evening and watch a movie. Loved having breakfast out on the terrace. The stairs to the apartment itself were a bit hard to get our large suitcases up/down and the steps were not level (dipped from wear and age). One of our party has a bit of a fear of heights but they managed.

A great apartment just right for our stay. It is a three minute walk to the tram stop. It is also around a twenty minute walk to Princes Street. The area had lots of coffee, pastry and convenience shops within just a few minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. It felt homely and was plenty big enough for five adults and two children. The washer dryer was a big help during our stay. The kitchen, bathroom and utility area had everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner, washing liquid, coffee and tea etc. The roof terrace was very large and pleasant. The staircase up to the upper level bedroom and terrace was a bit rickety and my father who uses a stick found it a bit tricky, but manageable. There is also the option to use the stairs outside of the apartment in the hallway. We had a lovely stay and highly recommended the apartment.

We spent a few nights at Kornelia's bnb during the first part of our Scottish adventure. Check-in and out was easy. Having a loaf of bread and a carton of milk to start was truly appreciated. The bnb was very clean and well maintained. It is in a very quiet neighborhood even though it is located across the street from a bar. We did not encounter any loud noise during our stay and we slept very well in the very comfy bed. It is just outside the city center and easy to get anywhere you want to go. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We did not encounter any issues and found parking right out front or very close by. We would not hesitate to stay at Kornelia’s on a future visit.
