We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

Christian was a great host, he was acommodating and was easily reached. The place is amazing, was as advertised and easy to find. It's located a bit far from the city (15mins away via tolls), but exactly what we want, peaceful from the hustle and bustle of Oslo. The place feels homey, the christmas vibes add to the whole holiday vibes. One small nitpicky detail is that, as mentioned by Christian, this is usually where they stay at, so as mentioned there is a bit of a clutter here and there. Noticed some unclean dishes and airfryer, but otherwise the place is great. Felt like home. Overall it's a 4.7/5 for me and my family, we had an amazing time in Oslo and a contributing factor was Christian's place! ♥️

Lovely location near a train station that offers a quick trip into the city. Wonderful apartment with many bedrooms, ideal for a larger group!

Susannes hus var rigtig hyggeligt og rent. Ligger centralt, og stadig i et meget roligt kvarter. Hun skriver alt hvad vi skulle vide. Gode senge. Dejligt sted! Kan klart anbefale det!:-)

Landlig hus med stort og koselig uteareal. Korte avstander til kollektivtrafikk, stor og fin badestrand, fotballbaner og butikker/Holmen kjøpesenter. Vi storkoste oss i huset til Therese, og kommer veldig gjerne igjen. Therese var svært hyggelig og imøtekommende og svarte raskt på henvendelser.

Kjempepraktisk bolig men mange soveplasser. Ligg i et rolig strøk utenfor sentrums mas og tjas. Vi benyttet ogg av kjøkkenet, som også sto til forventningene. Alt i alt et topp sted for en vennegjeng eller familie👍🏽

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het prachtige verblijf. Het is een babyvriendelijk huis. Het heeft een ruime woonkamer en keuken. De bedden zijn prima. Badkamer was ook fijn. We hadden gevraagd om een set nieuwe handdoeken, die kwamen ze de volgende dag brengen. Ook hadden we problemen met de tv, en die werden heel goed op afstand verholpen. Fijne plek en fijne hosts! Dank je dat we in jullie huis mochten verblijven.

We stayed at this apartment for 6 days. Our experience was very positive. It felt like home. The kitchen has all necessary equipment to cook. The bed is very comfortable, the windows go to the quiet part, we were not disturbed by any noises. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which is helpful in case you travel light and stay for longer time. The apartment itself is very cosy and stylish. There is a Coop grocery store within 1 min reach, which is helpful if you need to buy something. There is a bus stop near the corner, which I used every day, also there's a metro station nearby. Marie provided clear instructions on the check-in, check-out and rules of accommodation. I recommend this place for all the travelers to Oslo. If I travel here any time soon, I'll check if this place available at first.

This is a great place that works really well. Large social areas with dining table and comfy sofas. The location is great in a walkable and liveable hood. Monika is very friendly, responsive and welcoming. Small details like offering use coffee, salt, oil etc. makes for an easy arrival. The place was very clean! This is an actual home, or a lifeworld, for us visitors to enjoy like playing a Leonard Cohen vinyl album or flipping through an exiting book about apes. In a sense, this is what air bnb was supposed to be about; trust, generosity, personality.

Vi ble Godt mottatt. Fikk god og viktig informasjon om leiligheten. Verten, Ziaitouna var meget hyggelig. Vi var meget godt fornøyde med leiligheten, kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang 😊

Un bell'appartamento e con buona dotazione. Zona servita da mezzi di trasporto pubblici che rendono agevoli gli spostamenti. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano tutti i servizi e negozi. Molto buono!

Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Sie ist gut erreichbar, mit der Bahn sind es ca. 40 Minuten in die Stadtsmitte von Oslo. Ein Supermarkt ist mit der Bahn innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Natur pur, saubere Luft und eine faszinierende Aussicht erwartet einen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Camilla und Flemming sind ganz liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!

Mia’s place was perfect for us! Spacious, clean and very accessible to the train station to get into the core of Oslo (we even walked one day and it was a lovely 30 minute, low impact trek). The space itself is kept really well and had everything we needed. Check in and communication were both great

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Alex's lovely apartment after a long journey back from Bergen. It has everything you need and is in a great area. It's very near the Opera house, the Munch Museum and one of the city saunas. It was fun walking across the water to reach the apartment. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and drinking our morning tea. Thank you!

If you are staying anywhere near Oslo then give Christians place a try. It is absolutely perfect. The layout of the apartment is actually very nice for a city like this. It has an amazing balcony on both sides that gives you views to see so many things plus there is a rooftop area that has stunning views. The place was super clean and so easy for getting around Oslo, either by car, walking, bus, or scooter. There are 2 grocery stores within 2 minute walk and tons of very nice restaurants and shops. This place was absolutely stunning.

Smart, modern and comfortable apartment. Siv is a friendly host. Fresh coffee was added to the hospitality which we enjoyed well.

We stayed in this apartment for around 6 months during 2024 whilst working in Oslo for some time. The apartment is very nice and had everything we needed. The large balcony with sea view was definitely a special feature, especially during the longer summer evenings. Located in a very nice suburban neighbourhood of the city, close to public transport connections to the city centre, and shops, local town centre. Morten and Metere are excellent hosts, very friendly and more than happy to help us with everything we asked for!

Maria er en super vert, hun svarer kjapt og er hjelpsom. Kjempeflott og lekker leilighet med alle fasiliteter. Enkelt å lage en flott middag og kose seg i leiligheten. Kort vei til kafeer, matbutikker, parker og en fin rusletur ned til Grynerløkka. Perfekt beliggenhet.

This apartment was pristine, with a central location and a great view (despite a construction project in the foreground). Nina communicated clearly, shared detailed recommendations and provided very specific instructions for the upkeep of her lovely and stylish apartment. It is also just upstairs from a grocery and a wine store. I would love to stay again alone. However, I would not enjoy myself here if I was staying with anyone else. I would have felt stressed about trying to keep others following the many precise rules. No touching the bed in the second room. Nothing to be set on the beds. No use of roller bags in the apartment. No setting bags anywhere by the floor. No running the dishwasher. It is a wonderful apartment, and Nina is an exceptional host, but it is important to know the high expectations before you book, so you can enjoy.
