Quite and comfortable stay in 15 minutes from city center; nice interior, all the amenities, clean, modern design. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Niksic.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Da wir super Wetter hatten, haben wir die Zeit nur auf der super Terrasse verbracht. Die Wendeltreppe über 3 Stock war zwar heftig, aber oben war es einfach nur ein Traum. Aussicht über die ganze Bucht, jeden Tag mindestens ein Kreuzfahrtschiff und unten der toll zu beobachtende Touristentrubel. Die Gegend bot viele tolle Ausflüge. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Zimmer geräumig. Wir haben öfters gekocht, die Küche gab dafür alles her. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Parken ist etwas schwierig, hat aber auch ganz gut geklappt, es war ja noch nicht Hochsaison. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Le logement sur les hauteurs de Risan dispose d'une vue magnifique 😍. A l'écart du centre ville mais accessible à pied (15 à 20min), cela permet d'être au calme. Le logement propose également l'accès à la piscine de la résidence qui est un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes du Monténégro. A l'intérieur, c'était très propre à notre arrivée et totalement fidèle aux photos. L'appartement est équipé d'une climatisation qui s'avère extrêmement appréciable car les nuits restent assez chaudes l'été ! Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement sur Risan car nous étions finalement assez proche de nombreux de plusieurs sites touristiques (Kotor, Perast,...) et Risan dispose de plusieurs petites plages sympathiques accessibles facilement. Lors de notre séjour, quand nous avions des questions, nous avons eu à chaque fois une réponse rapide , ce qui permet d'apprécier encore un peu plus le séjours. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement si vous êtes de passage dans la baie de Kotor !

Die Unterkunft von Nikola ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man braucht, Parken kann man ein Stück weiter die Straße hoch und Nikola ist auch immer erreichbar. Das schönste an der Wohnung aber ist auf jeden Fall der wunderschöne Ausblick, den man von dem einen Balkonen über die Bucht hat. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

I recently stayed at Rada's place in Perast. It was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Stefanie, in particular, made our stay extra special with her kindness and attentiveness.The accommodation was comfortable, cozy, and perfectly situated to explore the beauty of Perast. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We felt truly at home and appreciated the personal touches that made our visit memorable.I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Perast. Logement spacieux abec toutes les commodités. Vue imprenable du salon et du balcon sur la magnifique baie de Kotor. A proximité a pied de la plage et de restaurants intéressants. Stevan est très reactif et de bon conseil sur la région.

I highly recommend staying at Snezana’s place! She’s a wonderful and warm person that made me feel so at home that I was truly sad to have leave. The apartment was clean and homely with a terrace with mountain and sea views. It’s a one minute walk down a charming cobble stone street to get to the beach and beach front restaurants. The town of Risan is small and the locals are extremely friendly. Everything was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning to Snezana’s place next summer, but for longer next time.

It was a really great experience for us to meet Milena and her family. We are especially thankful for the help of her brother Nano. All the family members are wonderful, friendly and open-hearted people. We believe that it will be a great experience to be in Resna again in the summer. We will be back at the first opportunity. Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Приехали к Светлане на неделю, само жилье помогла найти ее местная помощница Коса, супер дружелюбная и очень приятная. К сожалению ни слова не понимает по английски, но как то разобрались. Парковка стихийная, но мы без проблем находили места недалеко от дома. Дом понравился, очень приятный дворик где ползала настоящая черепашка, над террасой и обеденным столом растут киви (впервые вижу их в природе, а не на полке магазина), само жильё интересное и красивое. К сожалению есть пару особенностей - в соседнем дворе церковь, с часами, которые бьют в колокол каждый час, даже ночью, отмеряя время. Это не вина владельца дома, конечно, но спать сильно мешает. И напор воды не очень сильный в душе, но мыться можно, вода очень горячая, 2 бойлера. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах, кроме нижней спальне с кухней. Интернет через 4g модем, работал отлично. Рядом вкусные недорогие рестораны. До мелких городских пляжей 4 минут пешком. Коса быстро решает любые проблемы в доме, за что ей спасибо!)

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

The house in Perast is beautiful as the village itself! Typical and you feel like at home right on the sea! Recommend!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

La casa está genial, muy limpia, acogedora y con todas las comodidades. La terraza es magnífica, se puede disfrutar mucho y tiene privacidad total. Anke y James son los perfectos anfitriones, muy amables, atentos, te facilitan todo tipo de información y recomendaciones sobre la zona. Alojamiento recomendable 100%.
