The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Our classic Cornish cottage is set in beautiful, tranquil countryside. Come and relax in a small annex attached to our family dwelling containing everything you will need for your stay. We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
