Great location with multiple views of the surrounding area. The ever present breeze is so calming. The use of a vehicle is essential especially if you are staying over 5 days. We rented a vehicle from The Salty Expat and the owner, Genna is so helpful with her suggestions and exhibits an excellent customer outlook. The swimming pool is a must especially for small children.

Our group of 10 active seniors had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s house. The house and setting is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely- the views of Nevis Peak while floating in the huge pool, BBQing on the pool patio, and watching the monkeys.The house and the pool house are very well equipped and comfortable. The location is in convenient to all the wonderful beaches and historic sites on Nevis. Buckey, the house manager was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with requests, questions, and minor problems. Nevis really is paradise and the people there are so kind!

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Ermel was a wonderful host, always available, kind, and helpful. The house had great accommodations, and very helpful cards on the welcome table to explain lightswitches, remotes, keys, etc. Super organized for guests! We had complete privacy, and felt very safe and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings, and very walkable to markets and restaurants. Port was only about a 20-minute walk along the shore, which was a touristy hotspot for drinks, dining, souvenirs, shopping, and people watching! Taxis are readily available and locals were so friendly. Thanks again to Ermel for the fantastic communication and lovely home. Highly recommend!!!

We appreciate the aesthetic of the place especially the colors as it created a very nice and peaceful mood. We had a good night’s rest and was close to places where we wanted to be close to . Deitra did her best to make our stay quite enjoyable .

Terrific layout of three separate buildings and pool provided a perfect combination of privacy, convenience and an indoor/outdoor ambiance for two adult couples. (plus an additional bedroom suite that would have accommodated another couple or children.) Pleasant decor and well equipped kitchen. Completely private grounds were beautifully maintained and gave the perception of being on our own, private plantation. Walkable to spectacular resort restaurant at Montpelier Plantation. Wayne's representative, Pulmattie helped us beginning with travel plans through to departure. She arranged our St. Kitt airport to Nevis transportation and our rental car. She led us to the house, gave us a tour and a lot of local information and was immediately available throughout our stay for any questions we had. She grocery shopped for us before our arrival and helped to arrange our departure transportation.

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s all about the view! My wife and I spent hours enjoying the view on the ample patio and infinity pool. A surprise for us was that we could hear the surf from nearby Turtle Beach. Another surprise was that we could walk to Cockleshell Beach from the house in about fifteen minutes, through a path off of Turtle Beach. The house is spacious, well stocked and clean, the hosts are responsive and provide useful recommendations for enjoying St. Kitts. We are flying home and are already missing this beautiful property. Hopefully we can return soon.

Stanleys place was in a very quiet and private neighborhood, with only a short trip to the airport. The apartment had what I needed for my trip and was safe, clean, and a great value. Stanley was very responsive and helpful when I needed directions and providing details on check-in/out. He was a great host.

Ricardo was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Offered help from the start. His apartment was ideally located and exactly as he described. I’d definitely rent from him again.

The location is great, with a 5 minute drive to all the bars and restaurants within the Frigate Bay Area, making it very easy to get anything you would need during your stay on the island, though you may still need a car as it's up on a hill. It is also very close to the scenic southeastern peninsula drive, which meant we could easily hop from beach to beach and return to the apartment whenever we needed a break. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and felt very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything one would need to whip up a meal if you wanted a break from eating out. The bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean through some glass sliding doors that also lead out onto a cute balcony, perfect for catching the evening sunset with a glass of wine. We were even lucky enough to catch a troop of monkeys relaxing on one of the nearby buildings on our first evening there! We were very comfortable staying there and would recommend it to anyone!

We loved the apartment and it was ideal for our 4 year old and 6 months old baby! Excellent hosts and we really manage to have a good feeling of Nevis and the incredible people, culture and food! The garden is beautiful and very peaceful! Thank you for hosting us x

As has been stated, Garett is an incredible host. This is probably the most thoughtful, proactive, kind and engaged Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From arranging my transfers, to having the lovely Eliud prepare lunch for me when I arrived; Garett made my time in Eden Villa so easy and restful. I cannot emphasis how helpful the complementary Jeep is and this is such a thoughtful value add. I would definitely recommend staying here and would like to sincerely thanks Garett and team for their hospitality and kindness. Nevis is a special place and your local recommendations and guidance elevated my experience. I hope to back again soon!

From our check in to check out, Gail was a kind host to communicate with. Very responsive, on the ball and very helpful. The unit was very clean and check in was very seamless. The ocean views from the unit were priceless. This space is perfect for a large group and for families to create memories. 5 star all the way!

My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at Beulah’s apartment. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and bath. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants/bars. A small grocery store is a 10-minute walk along the golf course path. The pool patio was private and peaceful. I was relieved to find a secure, gated property to park my scooter safely overnight. A great home base to explore St. Kitts and relax when you want a private escape.

We loved the area, was residential and had great sea view. Short drive to the strip where the beach and restaurants were. Great value and location for our week on St. Kitts. We would stay again.

Joyce was an exceptional host, making the place available to us at a moment's notice with flexible check in and check out. The place is spacious and RIGHT on the ocean which is great, with tons of restaurants in walking distance, plus supermarket, the Marriott and casino, and lots of other great places. Couldn't be more convenient. We slept 4 adult men comfortably here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the place has a washing machine as well and lots of towels. The lovely development also includes a pool and lounge areas. It condo could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but overall you can't beat this location, convenience, and bed count at this price. Thanks Joyce!

Christine is a lovely host and her place is beautiful. The view on the patios are amazing. It's within walking distance to the Frigate Bay beach restaurants so no need to drive or hire a taxi. Highly recommend.

The Suite is very well situated in downtown Basseterre. There was the nearby grocery store, various restaurants, shops, bakeries. Everything we needed was nearby. We could easily meet with tour groups at Port Zante or wander around town on our own. The Suite was also very well stocked. We had been traveling for 16 hours and it was such a relief to check in and find cold water and local drinks in the fridge. There's a washer and dryer in the unit in case you get dirty roaming around on ATVs or hiking but also a kitchen stocked with all the plates, pots and cutlery to make yourself at home. There are about 34 steps to enter the unit, so those with bad knees should make note of that. We appreciated Patricia checking in on us and offering tips to find local treats. Between her helpfulness and the great unit we couldn't ask for more.

Keathly & Lilleth are fabulous hosts!! We had a couple of issues (one minor, one a bit more involved) and they were responsive, friendly and helpful! We adore staying in their impressive condo! They have been wonderful to us; even allowing us to add a few little things to help us feel even more at home. If they had other spaces in other places, we would opt to rent through them again! Absolutely nothing but 5-stars (or more!!) all the way for them!! We are grateful that they have such a lovely space they make available - and as long as we’re able, we certainly hope to always be able to rent through them!!
