We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

My family and I loved our stay at this residence. It is conveniently located on a main road leading to the town of Isabela, but at a perfect walking distance from the town itself (5 mins. or so), affording us privacy to enjoy the home and backyard without curious eyes trying to peek in. We felt very safe in this home. My wife is from Isabela, and this home was the perfect match for us. She hadn't been back home in over 5.5 years, and our only purpose was to stay local so that my in-laws and wife's extended family could finally meet our children. This was definitely small town living at its best, without lacking any of life's comforts. Thank you Renie for having us over. Also, a special thanks to the two local ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be staying at this residence again on our next trip to Isabela!

Everything was great. I just hope they already have Drinking Water Container available especially Dumaguete has a humid climate so when you arrived you do hope you have Water to Drink.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

Worth every penny. One thing that is lacking is the cabled tv

It's the second time I've stayed in Jo's place and I felt appreciated and if I had any problems on where she was she let me check in early because my flight was early you know I couldn't be more pleased with the way you treated me

Very nice place to stay at. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy during your stay. The boulevard was about a 20 minute walk. The main office personnel were very friendly the whole time I was there. The place itself is very large and I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen. I will be returning in the future.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Don. Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und liegt innerhalb eines privaten Apartmentkomplexes. Das Apartment selbst und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und Don hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Besonders schön war der Pool. Dort konnte man sich an heißen Tagen gut abkühlen. Mit einem Auto kann man von der Unterkunft aus viele Dinge unternehmen. Einzig die Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss war laut, diese hatten wir zum schlafen jedoch ohnehin ausgeschaltet. Im großen und ganzen würden wir die Unterkunft von Don noch einmal buchen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
