THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Impareremo a fare i più noti formati di pasta fresca della tradizione italiana che accompagneremo con dei sughi tipici (per esempio orecchiette e cime di rapa o tagliatelle al ragù, lasagne ecc) per poterli poi gustare insieme. Nelle pause legate alle preparazioni, potremo degustare un buon vino accompagnato da qualche stuzzichino. Nel caso tu sia vegetariano, vegano o abbia delle intolleranze sarò lieta di assecondare le tue esigenze e realizzare qualcosa di speciale per te.Famiglie con bambini sono le benvenute. We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. Let's have fun together on this walking tour discovering the secrets of Milan in a very very Milanese way. This is a friendly cooking experience. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (rigatoni or busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a cool time together to Cooking, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing, sharing stories, and particularly talk about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy. This is not a historical tour. The price is for person, not for the entire group. Come and discover the beating heart of Milan with a private tour of the city center! Milano is my hometown, my goal is to give you an introduction to my beloved city, making you feel the real Milanese culture. During the tour, me and my local experts co - hosts will guide you through the most beautiful and fascinating streets and squares of the city, telling you interesting stories and anecdotes about Milan and its people (if you want to know all the history and art in detail, the time and price would be different, in this case you should take professional guide) But it doesn't end there! We'll also give you insider tips on where to eat, drink and have fun to make your stay even more memorable. The best thing? The tour is private, so there will be no other people besides your group. You will be able to enjoy an authentic experience,without having to worry about following a group of unknown tourists. This will give you the freedom to enjoy the tour at your own pace, with me or my co hosts fully dedicated to you and your travel companions. The tour is 7 km, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes. At the end of the tour I will give you a list of the best local restaurants in Milano (not turistic ones), museums and other tips. As a bonus service, you can have my support until your stay.

Cantina Urbana wine tour & tasting. First of all you will greeted at the entrance with a welcome glass of wine. Our staff will show you where you can sit. Then, the visit starts! Tour of the winery and you will discover how the wine is made through the production area and see the vinification steel tank, amphora and barriques for the ageing and finally the bottling process. You will understand the winemaking daily activities. Finally you will be guide into the wine experience with a tasting of 3 different wines paired with a small platter in combination. You will learn how we make wine and get the opportunity to taste it. The experience will be run for 1,30 hour. We please you to be on time and arrive a few minutes early!

Não tenha vergonha, seja você mesmo! Te ajudaremos com poses e truques para deixar suas fotos ainda mais incríveis. Te enviaremos 50 fotos editadas em alta definição por link em até 72 horas após o Ensaio. E o mais importante: curta seu Ensaio Fotográfico e seu passeio! Milão é incrível, vai ser muito fácil fazer aquele belo sorrisão para as fotos. Importante: todas os Ensaios Fotográficos são privados, para você ou seu grupo. Nossa agenda é super flexível! You ll come to place and we ll start with a quick toast to break the ice. We ll start with the theory and the history of pizza and all the differences between the different types existing in Italy. After explaining to you the basics and what to do, we ll start cooking :) and each participant will make his own part according to my suggestions. When everything is ready and while waiting for the pizza to be done, we ll have the possibility to keep tasting our delicious italian wine. At the end of the lunch/dinner everyone will vote the other participants' work and we will elect the best perfomer of the evening/day. During the experience, we ll take some pics as souvenir or to be posted in your socials.

See a masterpiece painting and a stunning Dominican church on a 1 hour and 15 minutes, small-group guided tour of Leonardo ‘The Last Supper’ in Santa Maria delle Grazie. A licensed guide will talk about the history of the celebrated 15th century mural and the groundbreaking technique that Leonardo used when creating it. Visit the UNESCO-listed church with your guide before finishing your tour in Piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie, once a private place of worship for the Sforza and Dukes who ruled Milan in the 15th-century.
